Google5The service team at Raynor was quick to respond when my garage door system failed. They were able to complete a temporary fix to get my door functioning while we waited on replacement parts. From answering the phone, continued communication and the install, my project was handled with professionalism.

Google5Update: they reached out very quickly once I posted this review. My initial experience was over 6 months before I posted here and they seem much more responsive now. Gave me a quote to install a new garage door motor/opener but they never replied following my responses.

Google5I had heavy duty gate motors installed and didn't like the look of some of the hardware. Paul and his team went above and beyond to make it look beautiful, and it works great.
