Google1Was "patched through" like it was a bigger company. Then called by a different number, like normal, who gave me a same day appointment. A few minutes later they called me back and said that they could not have a technician come out and that they'd like to come a different day. Then later on tolde me they could give me another technician. i agreed then later on cancelled after reading these reviews. They sent me an "automated" like text message about my technician and i knew it wasn't legit when the text said U and not you. Work wasn't performed as I called a better operating company, but if this is how this process went I can't imagine the job itself.

Google1My garage door opener required a new spring,guy installed it Friday,at cost of $600+.After 1 day of use the door came off the runners I now find that I must wait till Monday to have the shoddy workmanship corrected security risk, totally unacceptable!!

Google1I was recently charged $500 to repair my garage door and within 3 days, not only did it stop working properly, it also caused damage to my vehicle. DO NOT use this company to fix your garage door.

Google4My garage door spring snapped and having this happen to me before in a previous house I knew the hard part was getting someone out the house. I called Mr.Fix It and within an hour they were at my door. The technician was not only prompt but professional as well. He explained step by step the procedure and gave ne recommendations on maintaining the system and made me aware of other products with a sales pitch. When it happens again I will call them.

Google5The office staff was very congenial and Joe, the tech did a very good job, quickly and efficiently and he answered all my questions. I will call them again when I'm ready to replace my garage door.

Google5What a great company they came to me we did it the right way I have a lifetime warranty on my parts my door runs fabulously it's quite and safe and good to go for another 10-15 years there prices where also less than others 10/10 customer experience very professional the technician was very experienced and polite will recommend to all my friends and family!

Google1I called to get my garage repaired at 11:00 a.m. they said they will send somebody out at 2:00 then 10 minutes to 2:00 someone contacted me and said that he was behind at another service and will be there at 415 nobody showed so I called they said it wouldn't be till 6:00 that he will come out at 6:00 he was there he put the garage back on the rails the oil the springs and was finished in less than 20 minutes before he started he tried to upcharge me $500 instead of $300 to replace all the parts on the garage I asked to speak to the manager he never called back they said some guy Mike will call back but when the service guy got there some guy named Moe called back after the service guy called him I felt like he was not the manager what a rip-off
