The company that installed my garage door was unable to make it operate properly. It hung-up on opening about 20% of the time. They tried three times to repair it and it failed each time. Door Systems sent one person who spent less that 3 hours adjusting several parts of the door and it's been operating perfectly since then. You just can't get any better than that!

We have been wanting to replace our garage doors since we purchased the house. We had hoped to purchase last year, but it was not to be. Fortunately, I had kept a record of what we were looking at, and when I contacted Bob in sales, we picked up right where we had left off. All it took was some updates from him and we opted to replace the door openers. When we got the call the doors would be installed on 10/14 I was overjoyed! Shane the installer was here on time and went right to work. He did a great job and was very professional and kind. You could tell he liked his job. The finished product is beautiful and really spiffs up the appearance of our home. We opted for windows in the doors and this has made all the difference. Even with the doors closed, and no lights on, the garage is bright and cheery (as a garage can be) as opposed to being like a cave. We are extremely happy with the final product, and most importantly, happy to support a small, local business who was well qualified to do the job. Thank you Door Systems of Montana!

What an amazing experience with the entire team at Door Systems of Montana! From the receptionist to the technician, the team was very helpful and efficient. This is the first time I had to use them for my home and was pleasantly surprised when the prior owners used them as well (over 8 years ago), which speaks volumes on the quality of their work. Special shout out to Kraig who did a fantastic job replacing my garage door torsion springs! He was also very thorough and inspected the entire system to make sure it was working properly. He was also very patient while my kiddos were using their outside voices inside :). Thank you Kraig, Gabby & Door Systems of Montana!

I've used DSM for quite a few years for garage door & awnings including installation. They've always been courteous and great to deal with. Just the other day I needed a couple replacement remotes (renters took the originals) and Bob got me the right ones and gave good instructions on how to program them. Worked like a Champ!

Old garage door opener in my shop conked out. I called Door Systems of Montana and the phone was answered by Bob. Knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Had a quote in a matter of minutes and accepted it. They arrived earlier than expected and did a nice job on the install. No complaints whatsoever. Time will tell if the opener lasts but very happy so far. I definitely recommend these guys.

The garage door steel housing pipe with the internal broken springs were replaced by Craig. Work took about 1 hour. He was efficient, courteous and worked quickly. He checked the overall tightness of the door frame and lubed rollers and doors hinges. Kudos to Nancy for fitting me into the schedule quickly. I'm extremely impressed with the customer service, workmanship and repair cost! Thank you Door Systems of Montana!

Twice I was called by Door systems to get an ok to come out and check the rental. I gave them the ok to check, the second time I left instructions to only look and get back to me. Both times the tech took it upon himself to just finish the question. The first was to get a quote to replace the top door panel. All the tech did was kinda straighten out the damage panel. It still needs to be replaced and looks like crap The second time again only to check to see why the remote didn't work. Tech again took it upon himself to go ahead and replace the controller. Had an extra in the back of the garage. To my dismay I was sent a bill gor replacement. They do for the most part good work. Listening and understanding is not a strong suit. I have talked with owner about my concerns. Not sure why they sent me the link to fill this out though. Not a very good business practice to not listen to the customer.

Replaced two key entry locks to a garage door. No keys were passed to me by previous owner. Very cold weather. Charged me less than i expected. In another visit, installer tried to install a garage door opener to different garage, but was prevented by problems with the garage space. Temperature was 0 degrees or lower. I haven't been billed. Professional and courteous. Frustrating for both me and installer. Services Rendered: Replace key switch in garage door.
