Google4Had a spring break late on Monday. Called after hours and they answered promptly. Needed a new spring and new rollers. Texted my address and they committed to a 9:30am appt the next morning. They arrived on time, had all parts on truck, and finished up the full repair and setup within an hour. No upsell or other proposals. Same great service from our last call 4 years ago. Great service all around.

Google2The company comes when called but extremely frustrating because they didn't finish their work. Changed springs but never balanced them, meaning that the garage door won't work. After 3 weeks (of car in the snow) asking them to come I had to hire another company and pay them to do the work that Al's never finished, costing me an additional $115. Very frustrating!

Google5I had an excellent experience with my repair of the garage door springs using Al. He came over for the repair when he said he would and fixed the problem. He is professional and honest and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Why deal with some large corporate mess when you can get what you need to get done efficiently and reasonably right here locally?

Google5I have had this project in mind about turning my industrial space into more of a office space. Thing is there is not much natural light due to lack of windows. I was envisioning turning my overhead door into a window/overhead door. I spoke with Al & Darlene about the options I had, they were both super nice and very knowledgeable about their products.
