Richard installed 3 oversize garage doors for our newly built steel building less than a year ago. Two months ago the largest door stopped going down all the way and had to be Mickey-moused with to get it to close. We were only able to leave a message but never got a return call, so called back today. Richard told us that it was probably an adjustment on the clutch, but he would not come out to do that and will not stand behind his work! If you are looking for a garage door company, DO NOT call Richard Kopitch at 285 garage doors because they have poor customer service, do not stand behind their work and have terrible work ethics!!!

We called 285 Garage Doors this morning when our garage door stopped working. We suspected a broken spring but were not sure. Josh was here within a couple hours and got it working. He was professional, efficient, cleaned up and the pricing was more than fair. Thank you Josh!
