From quote to completion, this was a no-work process for us. We wanted our saggy 50 yr old wood overhead door replaced. I requested a quote thru their website. We also got quotes from 3 other companies this way. D.L. responded quickly, quoted the job from my information, came out to verify dimensions, then got the process in motion quickly after we signed. We were told door availability was several weeks out. Within that time frame, D.L. contacted my husband and scheduled our door installation. They came the day they said they would. Our old door disappeared and a new door was installed. This door is installed well and operates smoothly. We received an invoice the day after completion of work. Very smooth process. We never even met anyone! All done by email. Correct door was installed, which is always a good thing! I love BBB as a search tool, and am adding my great experience with D.L. Door as recommendation to others who are searching.
