Google5Getting a technician was super easy they were able to see me the next day. Technician showed up first thing in the morning. Had my garage fixed within 20 minutes overall extremely satisfied.

Google5Great company. Earlier in the week I had been a victim of a bait and switch by a different company. Overhead Garage Door gave me a better quote and showed up the next day for installation. They did a great job installing.

Google5I had another company do an estimate thru my home warranty. I wasn’t impressed, so I researched & called you. The difference in your tech, Vincent was refreshing. He was knowledgeable, listened when I asked questions & offered several approaches. He did the estimate & performed the repairs! It would be wonderful if more technical people were like him. I’ll certainly recommend him to friends & neighbors. Joe

Google1Had a technician come out because a roller needed to be replaced. He suggested we get the cables replaced and also the rollers also probably more. Something to the effect of $600 plus dollars. Meanwhile the rollers also probably or wheel, whatever was like $150. We compromised and got the cables that were fine, and the roller(1) and that would be all. $320 later my garage is more damaged now than it was this morning. We found this out when we tried to move our cars back into the garage after he left. Bam, off the tracks in both sides now. Called the “answering service” twice. We called literally 20 minutes after he left, and then another 15 minutes after that. No action. Talked to Vee on the phone who said she would relay the message which I believe she did. Interesting coming from a place that is “open 24/7”. That is false advertising. I work in the medical field and I can assure you this company doesn’t understand that meaning. Do not recommend.

Angi5Repairman came the day we called completely prepared to repair door. He replace bent frame and door spring. Works like a new door now. A lot cheaper than a new door. Services Rendered: Top panel on garage door was bent after trying to use auto door opener when door was manually locked. Opener door spring was also damaged.

Angi1They are not reliable on call back work. The person I contacted today acted like he did not want to be bothered when I made the phone call and told him that the door was coming off track again and they'd just been out in July to fix it. The first thing out of his mouth was to say it's going to be $46 minimum. REALLY? On top of the $ 428 I've already paid them in the last year? What happened to doing the job right the first time? Then he started grilling me with questions. and quot; do you have your receipt? Were any parts replaced?and quot; I did not have my receipt in front of me at the time so I told him I don't know and he retorted back with and quot;You gotta get your receiptand quot;. Then he was about to hang up on me. I asked him if he was going to come out. And he said and quot;yeah, you want an appointment rightand quot;? His tone was very surly and uncaring. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life from a company who is supposed to be in business to make money and treats you like dirt. I was about to say yes then I told him no, forget it, I don't care for your attitude to which he responded and quot;I don't like yours eitherand quot; and hung up. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Unless you want to fork over money for services they don't honor from a man who gives you customer and quot;NO service. My son tried to call him back numerous times and there was no answer. Services Rendered: This company came out in July 2013 repaired tracks back, furnished and installed section spring, installed 10 rollers, adjusted opener for $300. Called them again July 2014 due to door coming off track again. Dan came out and reset cable and drum for. $128.00 Now today the rollers are coming off the track and the track is squeaking and bending outward. I called them back and spoke with a very hostile, very rude man.

Angi5Garage door would not close, so I called several local garage door repair services from Angie's list. Affordable Door was the first that could get to me on the day of the call. Their service person, Dan, arrived within the promised time window. Dan was able to quickly diagnose and suggest the needed repair. Two of the panels had small cracks in the back near the hinges due to fatigue. These cracks compromised the structure, causing the sagging which resulted in the door binding when trying to close. The repair was to install a supporting steel strut along the entire width of the door near the weak panels. Repairs were complete in less than an hour, and he also inspected for other problems and performed door tune tune up. Very satisfied with his professional, friendly and prompt service. I would definitely use them again if needed. Services Rendered: Fix a sagging panel in a wide steel panel garage door.

Angi5They were a little late, but called to warn me. Once they started the job, they were very fast and did great work. My garage door has never been as smooth and quiet! My only problem is that now I need to save up and get the other side replaced. Lol Services Rendered: They replaced my double car garage door, fixed the tracks, and oiled the opener.

Angi1Called on a Saturday. My garage door would not open, with opener or manually. It was offtrack and was afraid it would fall on top of my car if I didn't have someone professioinally look at it. So, realizing it was a Saturday and all, I figured I would pay a higher price than normally but I was stuck with no other way to get my car out. I thought the repairman was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do. Replaced all the plastic wheels that had been there since the house was built in '89, with metal wheels. straightened and moved a portion of the trackwork and replaced one of the large springs (which was also installed incorrectly). I was back in business in about one hour. I thought it was a little highpriced but it was a Saturday and he was at my front door within an hour and a half just as promised. I got out of my garage and it has been quieter and working great ever since this repair. Services Rendered: Repaired my garage door.

Angi5See above. Services Rendered: Adjusted Double garage door and opener which became stuck and would not move. they responded the same day I called providing a 2 hour mid-day window. They arrived at the beginning of the window. This was the third time I have used there services. Every time has been a great experience!
