BBB1We were using what we thought was a locate company to have a garage door repaired. One of the springs and cables were broken and needed to be replaced. The technician replaced both springs and cables which I agreed to. He then called me back out to the garage to tell me the drum was cracked! I agreed to have that replaced as well... He wanted to replace the rollers which I told him no. He was at our home for about 35 minutes.. The parts were no more than $200 and we were charged $2522. We tried on multiple occasions to speak with the owner to discuss the price gouging that had occurred. He refused to return our calls. We are senior citizens that have been taken advantage of by this company. I appreciate your help in this matter.
