Google5Highly recommend Garage Door Guys! After a terrible experience with another company, I called GDG upon the recommendation of my neighborhood Facebook group. The owner, Devin listened to my concerns and scheduled an appointment for service. Aaron was out the next day. He arrived promptly and was very kind and professional. He did a full safety check, reviewed the other company's work, and told me what was actually wrong with the door. Their pricing was less than half of what the first company quoted. More importantly, I trusted I was getting an honest answer! Aaron set an appointment to fix the issue, arrived on time and had the work done in less than an hour. The door is working great now! I will absolutely use GDG again and will be requesting Aaron.

Google5Devon was super helpful. Didn't try to simply sell me a new door, he took the time to evaluate and repaired it beautifully in under an hour. Lifetime customers here for sure.

Google5I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with the Garage Door Guys. I had two other garage door companies come out and neither of them were willing to do the work on my garage given it was slightly custom (not a standard install). I seemed to understand the logistics much more than the installer and after trying to explain what should have been a simple install, they both declined the job. I called the GDG and their owner Devin came out the same day to take a look. In a few seconds he stated, "Sure, this isn't difficult at all." He stayed around for a while and we socialized a bit. He took measurements and had me pick my colors and the rest was history. The final install was awesome and now my boat will fit in the garage. I couldn't be happier. Great team, fair pricing, and phenomenal customer service. You won't find better. Period.

Google5After a late-night malfunction of my garage door, I scheduled an online appointment with the Garage Door Guys. Devin reached out after hours to help schedule his first available time slot, and communicated with me prior to the appointment. During the visit, his team worked quickly & professionally, returning my garage door to fully functional & better than ever (even though I was worried I'd need a whole new door). He suggested preventive maintenance every 1-2 years, a job for which I'll certainly enlist him & his team. Highly recommended!

Google5Aaron from Garage Door Guys did an awesome job on the repair of my garage door! He knew immediately and exactly what the issues were, and went to work right away to repair. I am so impressed by the Garage Door Guys that I'm pretty speechless right now. And of course, it goes without saying, I'll call them back if I have any garage door problems in the future!

Google5Excellent. Chris was on time, knowledgeable and had the necessary parts and tools to end up, at my request, replacing rollers, springs, hardware and necessary tension adjustments to correct my problem. Garage doors work like new. Chris worked diligently, very pleasant nature and does not need a latter to reach the ceiling. He's young but has the work ethic of old. GDG are 10 out of 10 - recommend asking for Chris.

Google5We've been using Garage Door Guys for a few years now on several properties. Always very responsive, great quality of work, professional staff and very kind. I love that they keep us informed of upcoming appointments, they are very diligent. I highly recommend them.

Google5These guys are top notch! I've had them help with a handful of garage issues, and they are always reliable, professional and, most important of all, HONEST. I've heard horror stories from friends who have dealt with other garage door companies and I'm told about price gauging and dishonest diagnoses/quotes. That has never been my experience with GDG. So, thank you Devin, Chris, and team! Keep up the great work!!

Yelp5Garage door guys is everything you want in a garage door service! they are responsive, fast, honest, and effective! Devin, the owner, has come over twice to service our door. he was there the same day we called, and the second time was no charge because it was a simple fix. he didn't try to upsell or charge for a visit which was very refreshing! most recently, two of his other employees came out and we were pleased that they provided the same level of service and integrity. i highly recommend them for all of your garage service needs!
