They came out on a Saturday within the two hour time window that they had given. The technician was pleasant and seemed to know his job, although he couldn't really answer some questions about possibly using alternative springs that would last longer. I was quoted one price by the woman who answered the phone and made the appointment and then a substantially higher price by the tech when he got there. I felt like they were taking advantage of the situation because it was Saturday and I couldn't get one of my cars out of the garage. I know that the springs they used sell for $70-$80 per pair online but they charged $150 each for them. The installation and adjustment took about 1 hr. Although I know that everyone needs to make a profit and get paid for their skill and knowledge, this whole transaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Services Rendered: Replaced two torsion springs on 18'X8' garage door.

They sent someone the same day that I called. He let me know what was needed and came back the next day to do the work. I appreciated his explanation of what he was going to do and why. The door is working well. Services Rendered: I needed a garage door opener replaced, and needed a remote.

Came out one day to give estimate to replace broken garage door. Scheduled appointment for next day. Punctual and on time. This is apparently a national group, not really a local place. I prefer to use local business, but it was an emergency replacement, so it had to be removed and replaced in order for me to get my vehicle out of the garage. The cost was more than I wanted to pay, but again, I was in a pinch. Services Rendered: Estimate to replace garage door and door opener
