BEWARE!! We entered into a contract with Danielle for two shower remodels and were left with a complete and total disaster. From the beginning communication was off as the tile for the first bathroom was approved and purchased, only then to tell us that it was over budget and would mean the primary bathroom budget would have to be decreased. From there it was downhill and fast. A previously discussed timeline of three weeks for two bathrooms ended up being two and a half months with one bathroom left half done, workers walking out mid day, and Danielle being unable to be contacted from one minute to another. We paid in full for both bathrooms and were left with an incomplete shower and vanity, botched paint moldings and flooring in one bathroom and a completely untouched second bathroom. We tried to reach Danielle and the company numerous times, even sending letters to their address that was listed on the contract, only to have it returned to sender. What kind of company has a fake address on their contracts? Emails, text messages and phone calls went unanswered, probably after blocking out phone numbers. All in all we were out $$$ for two remodels we had saved for and looked forward to. The lack of professionalism and breach of contract left us no choice but to file a claim with the BBB and pursue things further in small claims court. Don’t fall for the few photos and only 5 star reviews. What you see is not what you get with HRT.
