Yelp2They came out the same day and fixed our garage in 30 minutes, but I feel I was overcharged and taken advantage of since I knew nothing of garage doors. After paying such a high price tag, I called other repair services in the area (without mentioning that we already had a company come out and fix the garage), and they quoted prices 50-60% cheaper than we had just paid. My advice: learn from my mistake and get multiple quotes.

Yelp1Purchased and had their team install a brand new garage door on June 2, 2022. Initially I was very happy with Mister Garage's services. Today is Friday, June 10, 2022, at 6:55pm and now my garage door will not close. I've been in my garage for the last 40 minutes trying to troubleshoot and contact Mister Garage and his technician, Juan. I initially spoke to someone when I called Mister Garage; however she told me to call back on Sunday. I told her it was an emergency and she said that she was going to try reaching someone. Nope. I called back and of course I got the answering machine. Also called and texted the technician and received no response. In fact the technician's phone was even turned off. Both sensors with lights and no clear obstructions and now I'm stuck on Friday afternoon. Now I have to call another company altogether and pay for emergency afterhours service. UPDATE JUNE 11 2022: Called AMR Garage Doors & Gates last night after multiple attempts to reach someone at Mister Garage and Juan, the installation technician. AMR answered their phone right away and had my garage door fixed within an hour. Turns out that while there were lights on the sensor, the wiring was loose and a minor slight finger tap to the wiring could cause the sensor light to turn off on both sides. And this was a brand new garage door installation!?! What's up with that Mister Garage?? AND still no phone call or text from Mister Garage or Juan, their installer. Terrible support for a new installation under warranty. Thank goodness AMR came to my rescue! Door was fixed by 8pm last night.

Yelp5The techs were at my home within the assigned window. They were professional, friendly, and presented me with my options to have my garage door repaired. Their work was completed quickly, and my garage door works much better than before. I had the rollers replaced, and the door spring adjusted. The price was reasonable and in line with other companies. I would highly recommend this company!

Yelp5As I age less-than-gracefully, I tend to spend less and less time on any form of social media. It's not exactly a great return-on-investment in the limited free time I have. So the fact that I'm willing to type out this review says something. The repairman told me he could arrive in about an hour. He communicated with me, he came when he said he would, he was honest, and he got the whole problem taken care of inside of an hour. The prices were reasonable. This sort of service is rare among house-related services, and I would go with Mr. Garage Door again without hesitation.

Yelp4These guys were easy to communicate with, had a quick response time, and overall did great work for a great price. I took off one star because they did not haul off the old door and, from what I can tell, subbed the work out. I don't mind that, I just want to know that I'm not getting a guy from the company I contacted.

Yelp5I'm amazed of that company ! Called them yesterday regarding my broken spring They answered all my questions and arrived within 15 min !!! What an excellent customer service! I got my garage door work again with a great company who's offer same day service . Best experience ever !!! If someone is looking for a garage door company call them you won't regret :)

Yelp5Our garage door spring broke on a Friday night. I called Joseph and in fifteen minutes he was at our home and arranged the repair for the following morning. I have a very heavy garage door with four commercial sized springs. Although it was the weekend and he only had 2 of the four, he was able to source two more and did not up charge me for those even though I think he had to pay a surcharge for them himself. The cost of my repair was more than you will read online but I feel this was a fair price given the number of springs involved. The installers were very competent and friendly and educated me in maintenance of my garage door and even left me a small amount of lubricant spray after he demonstrated the process. I would definitely use them again!!!

Yelp5We have a house in Houston and the tenant called us about something wrong with the garage door . We called these guys to make an appointment so our tenant can take he's car out the garage . I was so happy I found them , Joseph was very nice over the phone said that he will do whatever he can in order to fix it as soon as possible. We didn't think it will be that fast they actually came out at the same day within an hour !!! Joseph called again to explain what's wrong with the door and got it fixed in 35 min ! Price was fair and customer service was outstanding! I will recommend and use them again in the future if needed :)

Joseph was very nice and helpful he set up an appointment to fix my garage door and arrived on time (which is very important) , he got to my house and was very professional and found the problem really fast .
