Google5I set up a Garage Door Repair from "Yes" Garage Door Repair Services. They sent out Hayden and Terry to do the work. I had tried to tighten the Torsion Bar Springs and failed when my insufficient tool slipped and that first spring sprung completely. So trapped inside, not able to raise door, I used a metal pry bar to pry one side up bending the bottom panel, and up enough to crawl out. Hayden, a competent Garage Door repairman, came out to perform the estimate, crawling under Door to do that. (I had 16 estimates done with 4 refusing to crawl through space of 18"!) So they rebent Door straight, installed a Tension Bracket to panel, tightened both Torsion Springs and replaced some hinges! All for a price under what we agreed on! They were excellent and above what I consider Exceptional! I honor that "Yes" worked with me AND my Landlord to do this! Even after a 7 months delay of the Landlord returning from out of country trip. "Yes Garage Door Repair Services" are the BEST!!!!

Google1They screwed and fired mother board on the garage door opener new one I had to pay additional 350 to get it replaced. I will not recommend. Tech are amazing but company sucks.

Google1⭐️ 1 Star — Complete Scam and Awful Customer Service I scheduled what was supposed to be a $59 tune-up special after speaking with Chris, who confirmed the price through text. When the technician arrived, he went straight into my garage and started working — never once mentioned that the service would actually cost $379. When he finished, he suddenly told me the total was $379! I showed him my text messages with Chris clearly stating $59, but they didn’t care. The technician even said, “That’s how they get you,” and laughed — unbelievable. They also asked me to give my credit card numbers over the phone, which felt completely unsafe and suspicious. I refused and paid in cash only because I didn’t trust them at all. To make things worse, I never received a receipt, and now Chris has blocked my number so he doesn’t have to own up to his lies and false advertising. Absolutely terrible experience, dishonest company, and a complete scam. Stay far away!

Google5Efren was here in under an hour to replace the tension spring! Professional, kind, efficient! The doors sound like new! And very quiet now! The job was done in under an hour! It would have taken me days and probably a trip to the ER..so well worth the price! Thank you!!!!
