Google5We loved working with Precision to buy and install our new garage door. They were helpful and knowledgeable. All calls and information were timely and friendly. The installers were on time and nice and did a great job. Right before our year warranty was up we had a small issue and the installer came out the next day and fixed immediately. We will refer them to our friends.

Google5We ordered our new garage door on Wednesday and they called on Friday to schedule the install for Monday!! We were extremely pleased with our salesman James and his ability to answer all our questions. The installer arrived a little early (after calling to make sure it was ok to come by early) and did a great job. He explained in detail all the work he did and how to maintain our new door. We are very happy with the whole experience.

Google5I called them out only needed one panel replaced, the guy told me it would probably be hard to find the same panel. So instead they wanted to charge me $1200 to replace the whole single garage door. I found a guy that came and replaced the whole single garage door door for $800. I don’t know but I think they charge a single woman any priced they wanted. Not! And by the way the garage door was the same as what I already had. The one on the right is the one that was replaced.

Google5Great service! Our previous door was hanging on by a thread but needed replacement. They temporarily fixed it so we could open and close it to charge my car while we waited a few days for the new door to arrive. Very informative when showing all the purchase options. Install was great and the door is such an upgrade!

Google5Precision Garage Door of Houston came out on a Sunday. Diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. Miguel M., the technician, was very kind and professional. He went over the options with me to make the needed repairs, the costs, etc. I made a decision to have him install a NEW opener, After the install, he went over all of the various points of the door maintenance, grease and adjust them. The opener is better than when it was new. He also took the time to connect the new door remotes and even helped me connect with the app, so I can operate the opener with my phone via the MyQ app. Job well done Miguel. Thank you for a professional install and the great customer service.

Google5We unfortunately have had to use Precision Door multiple times—our elderly father-in-law has a habit of running into our garage doors—but every experience has been excellent. Most recently, our garage door began separating at the top. We called Precision Door and they were out within two days to assess the issue. They walked us through our options, including whether the repair might be covered under warranty, and then provided an on-the-spot solution that reinforced the door and made it look and function like new. We really appreciated their transparency and flexibility. Their team is always professional, timely, and fair with pricing, and they clearly explain the work before moving forward. Even though we wish we didn’t need garage door repairs so often, we’re grateful to have a company we trust every time. Highly recommend Precision Door.

Angi1WARRANTY SCAM! Used their service to address an issue. When the problem persisted and I contacted them, Marcos refused to assess the problem but assumes the sensors are blocked (Not true) And the "30day warranty doesn't cover sensor alignment." Although they tell you everything is covered for 30 days. LIARS, DISHONEST PRACTICE. Services Rendered: Garage door needed to be serviced.

Angi51st of all I was in the construction biz years ago & knew what a racket the garage door biz is. Wow. I found these folks with Google. Never thought of Angie's List. The price was extremely competitive & the install was perfect. I have been quoted for 2 8x7 coil spring doors remove & reinstall over $1000 higher. The office manager knew her stuff. The install was true pro grade as are the doors. 25 gauge with a center overhead coil spring. The installer doesn't speak too much English but he did a jamb up job all by himself. He set up and greased the old openers as well. I bought the newer weather seal as part of the deal. I am not going to mention the price as it was ridiculous. Cash money goes a long way. I intend to build a new home in the near future and I fully intend to bring these folks in as a subcontractor for a 3 to 5 car garage ( I haven't made my mind up yet). Services Rendered: Remove & replace 2 garage doors.

Angi5On a Tuesday night discovered that the springs were broken. Left an email that evening. All Points called the next morning first thing. We setup an appointment for before lunch. Arrived on time, did the work, adjusted the door mechanism and then done. Textbook service. Services Rendered: Our spring(s) broke, so had spring replacement.
