Google5I hate Joe from father and son garage doors install for me a garage door opener back on 2004. At that time you recommended the lift master garage opener which was relatively expensive, but he told me if you want your door to work with no issues for many years this is the opener for you. Now looking back after all these years I know The Joe gave me the best advice. So naturally I gave him a call when I needed a new garage door. Apparently Joe is not working on the field anymore,his son Phillip is now the owner. We had few laughs about the old days when Joe used to work and he help me choose the next garage door. Phillip promised he will try to speed it up and indeed instead of Waiting three weeks it only took him 10 days. New door is simply amazing.

Google5Our garage door spring broke (scariest slamming sound, by the way. Sheesh!). I knew that only a garage door specialist can solve that so I started immediately searching for a 24/7 garage repair company in Yorktown. My son and I tried to at least get the door up so we could move our cars out and not be trapped, but it was not moving at all. Father & Sons immediately caught my eye with all 5 star reviews, so I figured calling them was the best chance we had. Guys. From the time I called Father & Sons to the time Joe left with our perfectly repaired garage, 2 hours had passed! He explained what he was fixing, showed us where we could use some lubricating spray to prolong the life of our new spring and the garage door itself, and wrapped up everything efficiently. The parts and labor came with warranty by Father & Sons itself so no need to call other vendors you have never dealt with. What I assumed was going to be a nightmare hassle ended up being one of the easiest fixes of all time thanks to Father & Sons. If I could leave 100 stars, I would!

Google5Can't thank Mark and his son enough for amazing service. Moved to Yorktown Heights recently and the door was working perfectly. But yesterday couldn't get the door to open and needed to get the car out ASAP. Mark form Father & Sons Garage Door Repair came within 15 minutes from my call!! It wasn't easy and he needed me to give him a hand, but we were able to open the door. He pointed to a broken spring and told me he has the replacement with him. I was so happy, I need my garage door working all the time since I have a lot of staff in the garage. But I needed to leave. I paid him and hoped I did not make a mistake. It turned to be an amazing decision. He worked and changed the springs, then Mark changed the code to the garage We did not do it since we moved in) and he sent to me photos of the new springs and the old springs on the floor. Can't recommend Father & Son Garage Door Repair enough.

Google5Can I give 100 stars to the team of Father and Son? One of the best companies. Extremely professional and most importantly, HONEST SERVICE! My 12 year old garage door had issues for the first time. Kaleb, the field technician, came out to our house, and checked out everything and had us up and running in a matter of an hour. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about taking care of customers. Never did I feel like I was being sold. When I first looked on Google for a garage door repair company in Yorktown area, I was bracing myself to have to spend big $$$ to replace our door system. Kaleb checked out everything and did a general maintenance and lubrication. Tightened a few loose screws, and had our door working like new again. We were charged a simple service call at a very reasonable price. Again, no up selling or telling us we need extra work that isn't necessary. Father and Son just gained another loyal customer for life. Highly recommended. Kaleb is a class act. You won't be disappointed. Look no further. You'll be in great hands.

Google5Truly excellent service. Father & Sons Garage Door Installation responded quickly to my call and had availability the same day. Had Kaleb servicing my garage door. He fixed and stabilized my garage door and repositioned the sensors so they would not continue to give me problems. Kaleb also offered other reasonable and cost-effective solutions for the future if I continue to have problems. The price was extremely reasonable and for same day garage door repair service it can't get any better.

Google5Contacted Father and Sons Garage Door services through their website phone number about servicing our garage door opener and received a call within minutes. Kaleb arrived within another 2 hours with a friendly phone call when he was on his way. There was $30 charge to come out and diagnose the problem which was reasonable since I needed same day service. Once he arrived, Kaleb was able to quickly fix the issue and did not charge for the minor repair. Amazing professionalism. He also provided some options for when the opener does eventually stop working. I will not hesitate to recommend Father and Sons Garage Door and will definitely be using them when it's time to replace the unit.

Google5I damaged my garage door around 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon backing out too quickly, before the door was fully up (oops). I posted a repair request and Landon responded within 5 minutes, and arrived at 5:00pm to look at the door and see if he could at least get the door down to keep cold, critters and others out overnight. Landon was very kind and professional, answered all of my questions and was able to get the garage door back on its tracks and closed very quickly witch alleviated a lot of anxiety on my part. We scheduled another appointment to come back out on Monday to replace the door. Replacement went well and overall the work done by Father & Sons Overhead is something I recommend.
