The gentleman repaired what I did need done but also saw that the belt on the garage door was bad. He said he would go get or order the belt and be back that afternoon no show no call I called them and they argued that they did not have the part in stock. The gentleman said he was returning that afternoon why would you leave without getting paid when you said you were going to be back here and you never did. This place deserves a zero-star but you're forced to give at least one. This company is very unprofessional no communication whatsoever.

I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called at 7:20 and they were at my house at 10:20. Nicest people from the first phone call to the repairman. It’s so nice to deal with people who care about their customers!! Highly recommend! So thankful to use local people for repairs!

Bill Smith Overhead Doors was cheaper than the first estimate we had. They only suggested doing the work that had to be done instead of replace an entire door so I liked that a lot. He could probably get people to smile a little bit more when they show up at your door but other than that, they were nice enough. Services Rendered: They had to look at door which was a month about ago and they put the door in last week.
