Google5We were very pleased to have Wendell come out today and repair our garage doors. He put struts across the old doors and straightened the rails, even programmed the remotes for us. He was very pleasant and professional.We should be good for 10-15 years now. I definitely recommend Valley Overhead Door!

Google5I had two services from Valley Overhead Doors, both gentlemen who came were professional, polite, courteous and did the needed work with no hassle. They are great, I needed that professional treatment that I haven’t see in a while from other home maintenance people. Thank you Valley Overhead Doors, I highly recommend them for garage door works.

Google1I initially contacted Valley Door on 29 May 2024 in order to have two 12x12 roll-up doors installed on my metal building. The lady said they were busy and it would be awhile. I waited until around October without hearing anything so I called again. A man came out and said he was going to bring his installer out to look. Never heard another word. I called two weeks in row around January 2025 with no answer so I left messages both times. A week later, a lady named Oksana called me back and said someone would call me. Needless to say, no one has ever called me and it is now mid-April 2025. Time to find someone who actually wants my business.

Google5Preparing to head out of town to do disaster relief work, the spring on our garage door snapped…making the door inoperable. Called these folks after hours on a Thursday night and explained my situation; they were there the next morning at 8:30. Thanks to Matt and Justin, the repairs were made, and the problem was resolved. Service like that doesn’t just come from a company that does great business…it comes from people who genuinely care about their community and their neighbors. I highly recommend them. What a blessing….Praise THE LORD indeed.

Google5WT was so professional and efficient! When I backed into our garage door I thought we’d have to replace the door or at least the panels but he repaired the existing door in less than an hour - and reprogrammed our doors to match the wall buttons like I asked. He was also on time and gave a heads up call. Awesome company!

Google5I had someone come out due to my garage door sensors malfunctioning and they were awesome! He was very friendly and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my garage door. Once he determined the issue, he gave a reasonable quote and repaired within 30 minutes. Very quick work and very professional! He even gave me tips on what to look for to avoid future costs and/or repairs.
