Google5I had a garage door opener (not Overhead) stop working on Thursday afternoon. Called Overhead on Friday morning and had a new opener installed and remotes (hand and car) programmed and working before 10:30 am. This is the second Overhead installation and would never call anyone else now. Service technician (Billy) was on time and professional. Answered all our questions and made sure all car remotes and hand remotes worked to our satisfaction. This is a very excellent company to work with.

Google5My garage door torsion spring failed and Overhead Door answered the phone on a Saturday evening to schedule an appt, which immediately set them apart. My technician Billy handled the repair and was excellent—on time, efficient, and clearly very experienced. He had the door fixed and balanced in about 20 minutes and took time to explain maintenance. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’d absolutely call them again.

Google5Billy from Overhead Doors came out to upgrade our motor and rail to a quieter system. He was very professional and speedy! I couldn't believe how fast he set up and organized when he started the job. It would have taken me all day and he completed the job in ~30 minutes. He went above and beyond and serviced both doors. I would highly recommend Overhead Door just based on his service!

Google5Highly recommend. I left a message during business hours and they called me back in ten minutes. I was told they could fix my spring that morning. Two and a half hours later I got a thirty minute courtesy call. Billy pulled in my driveway at 09:52 and at 10:10 he was done and I had paid him. It cost a little more than I had hoped but not outrageous. Billy took the time to tell me about the warranty and how to lubricate the door. Everyone was polite, fast, and professional. Much appreciated.

Google5Have used Overhead Door Co for over 20 yrs and every single time they have been prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. I used their online service request form earlier this week, when it looked like my 16 yr old garage door opener was failing as well as needing some maintenance, and within 10 or 15 mins, 1 of their agents reached back out. An appointment was set within 2 days, and Billy came out yesterday afternoon. He showed me the issue and explained it, then within an hour had replaced my garage door opener, programmed all the remotes/keypads (even my vehicles' Homelink mirrors!), added a garage door seal, inspected the existing rail system/rollers/mainspring, and hauled off my old opener. Excellent!

Google5Our garage door spring snapped due to normal wear and tear. We called Overhead Door Co after hours and they were at our house bright and early the next morning, and had it all fixed up in 30 minutes! Luckily, our car was outside of the garage when it happened, but even if we were trapped inside the garage, it wouldn’t have been a problem either— they were so quick! Billy, our technician, was so wonderful and professional and the price was very reasonable! I’m hoping we don’t have any more garage door issues for awhile, but whenever we do, I’m glad we know who to call!

Google5I’m thrilled to share my experience with Overhead Door! Our garage door spring broke on Sunday evening, and ODC was out on Monday morning at 10 am. They promptly replaced the spring within an hour, and they even called early Monday to confirm the repair appointment. They were so professional and courteous, and Billy, the door technician, was knowledgeable and had all the necessary tools and parts. He even cleaned and lubricated the door rollers, spring, and track. If you have any garage door issues or questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to Overhead Door. You won’t be disappointed!

Google5Scotty was fantastic! He replaced our broken spring in our door quickly, efficiently and with care. He explained what he needed to do to gain access where it was needed and left no trace behind that he was even working in the garage. Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of this company's services!

Google5Broken spring. Again. Scotty did a great job. Again. Have had Overhead Door out to the house three times since I bought my house in 1999. Will call again if (who am I kidding, WHEN) I need my garage door serviced again. No way should I mess with those high tension springs when Scotty is available.
