I was given an appointment for 3:00 pm. I came back Rushing from San Diego (I had to drop family at the airport) to meet my appointment. I arrived on time. I waited 45 min and no one showed up. I called to follow up on appointment 3 times. Left 2 messages. No one answered nor called me back. I rushed back to be on time in order to be respectful of the appointment, just to be ignored? Not even the decency of calling me back to re-schedule? I am so sorry. I cant recommend this company.

Im retracting my initial review and replacing it with this one: he could use an assistant to handle his calls and scheduling but has great work ethic, know what he's doing and very fair in pricing. Highly recommend him for all your overhead dooring needs. :)

Had Jared come out and diagnose the problem. Quick response. Said he had the needed spring at the shop and would be back at 8:00 the next morning. Last I ever heard from him. Next afternoon I call his competition and it was fixed in 1 hour.

Zero professionalism! My home warranty set up a service repair for my garage door to be on Monday. Supposedly it was going to take 24 hours from him to reach out. I waited the 24 hours and he didn't call. I decided to call him the following 3 days until he answered on Wednesday. He had arranged to set up a visit that same day at 5pm and didn't show up. I called him Wednesday at 530pm and didn't answer. I waited Thursday for him to reach out to me and did not do it. I called my home warranty Friday, they called him directly and send him an email and he didn't response at all. If you want your garage door to be inspected or repair, probably expect the same service he had with me.

My wife had an accident and backed into our garage door. I called Preece Overhead Door and they scheduled an appointment to come out. They were tied up on another job and couldn't make the appointment but they called ahead to reschedule for the next day. Jared came out and repaired the door and got it back working again in a timely fashion at a more than fair price. I will be using Preece Overhead Door for all our future garage door needs. I highly recommend them.

Called late Tuesday afternoon because my door would not open and remote would not work, made appointment for Wednesday at 10am, it's now 6:02pm Thursday and I haven't seen anyone and my calls have not been returned. I called someone else at 10:30am today and by 12:30pm he had taken care of my problem.

Called in the morning and got right through. Jared estimated he would be to my house around 1:00 to look at the door. He later called and could come 1/2 hour earlier; which worked for me. The spring needed to be adjusted -- which he did. He also checked the spring on the other door. Services Rendered: Garage door would only life 8 - 24 inches
