Had a competitor say I needed a whole new garage door opener after 30+ minutes of diagnostics totalling $550 dollars. Todd knew what was wrong in less than 5 seconds and had it fixed in 20 minutes for $150. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience having them replace my garage door that was falling apart. Wish I would have done it long ago. Todd was a great communicator, easy to talk to and straight forward. No run around, just good honest business. It was refreshing to call someone, have quick quote, place the order, and install on time and have great communication throughout the process.

Had these guys out to replace a torsion spring in my garage door, and they were great to deal with. I called yesterday morning, and while he said it would be tight, it sounded like they could have probably gotten me done same day. I wasn't in that kind of hurry, so they came out today. They were very friendly and professional, and it only took maybe 10 minutes. Thought their pricing was fair, especially given their experience and expertise. I'm very pleased with my experience with Garage Doors of Greenfield, and I would recommend them for anyone in their service area.

15 months ago Ryan (son of owner) came out and told us that a new spring would be needed for the garage door or else it will eventually break. Also Ryan noticed that the fuse in the main unit was burnt out so he replaced it. He didn't charge anything for that but said he would follow up on getting the parts in for the garage door. After several weeks of waiting and numerous outbound calls to Ryan, they went unanswered. I thought I would give them one more try this year after the spring finally broke because I always try to support local businesses whenever possible. This time around everything went extremely smoothly. They had the spring within a couple of business days and put it in within 20 minutes. I did not know that they do not accept credit card payment and they were kind enough to allow me to take care of the bill later when I am able to obtain cash. In spite of the initial issues I am very grateful that they put the fuse in as a courtesy last year and were also willing to include replacement cables with the spring all at a reasonable price. Communication is extremely important as well as returning voicemails or calls to a customer but all is forgiven and I am grateful for their service today.

The arm on my garage door opener came off the door. I called another company first and they never called me back. Garage Doors of Greenfield answered my call promptly, came on time, were courteous, repaired the door in about 10 minutes, and charged me a fair price. The door works better than it did than when it was installed! I couldn't possibly be happier.

They are very nice. The price is very reasonable. He came the same day that I called him. Services Rendered: I was having problems with my remotes working. I went and got new batteries but then I had to re program the remotes. He came out and re programmed the remotes for me.

My message was returned later the same day, and an appointment scheduled the second business day following. I was given an accurate estimate for replacing the broken spring and repairing the photo eye. The entire mechanism must have been worked on as well because the action is now 200% quieter than before the work was performed. My best friend bent her garage door accidentally backing out before the door was all the way up. (Oops!) She was looking for someone who could fix it without a complete replacement and found Garage Doors of Greenfield online. I logged into Angie's List because their website said they were listed to see the reviews. They were rated A and one of the reviews sounded exactly what had happened to her so she made the call. It was a Sunday so they were closed. They called first thing Monday morning, came out the same day, fixed the door, and were SUPER REASONABLE. Someone (don't judge) backed a car out of the garage this morning while the garage door was on its way down. Damage: at least one bent hinge, two rollers out of the track. one spring cable off its pulley, and a bent garage door. There was a Garage Doors of Greenfield sticker on the garage door, so I checked Angie's List first (thank you Angie!) and then made the call. When it went to voicemail, I worried that I wouldn't get a call back until late in the day and that it'd be next week before someone would come out. Instead, Todd called back in about 10 minutes and said he could come by in an hour or so. He and his helper pulled up about an hour later, had the door fixed and tuned in less than half an hour, and charged me $78.56. That included replacing two hinges, re-installing the spring cables, straightening the track and the door, and lubricating all parts. Honestly, it runs more smoothly now than it has in the two years I've lived here. This guy clearly knows what he's doing, and he's efficient, professional, and more than fair on pricing. I will DEFINITELY call him again and/or recommend him to others if the opportunity presents itself. Services Rendered: Repaired garage door that had been hit by a car while closing
