Google1Three issues with employees down through the years .... The last ones got me on here.. Rude employees.. !!! .. I'm not going to say anymore.. Managers that don't care either.. !!! Beware they're not like Menards & Lowe's when it comes to phone sales ,too, that pay with a credit card , credit card holder must be in their system to make purchases over the phone ... .. . . . . . And make people's lives impossible.. ! .. plus more I won't list

Google1My uncle order a washer to be delivered to my home on Friday the 14th. There was construction on my street but not blocking the entrance way. I got a call from cs stating the driver can’t get on my street. So I walked out to the street spoke with a construction worker and he stated the road was not closed and anyone that turned onto the street would be able to come down to their destination. I then relayed that to cs and she stated she would have the driver call. The driver called and stated he couldn’t go down my street because there were cones in the way. I had the call on speaker the construction worker stated out load no you can come down the street we can’t block the street from deliveries or residence. The driver got an attitude and stated he’s not coming back and he closed out my ticket. My window for delivery was 1:30-5 and at that time it was 2:30 so I felt he had enough time to turn around and deliver my washer! I then called back to cs and they stated they tried to call the driver he didn’t answer. I then called the store and spoke to Ron which he stated he’s not over the drivers and couldn’t do anything but reschedule. It was like talking to a brick wall because he didn’t care or take accountability. Ron then had someone from the store call and even that dental man stated he didn’t know why he was calling because Ron is the store manager! Here it is Monday and there is still construction on my street so hopefully they deliver today. If not I will request a full refund. I would not be doing business with them again!

Google5The stores are nice. Im a contractor and they usually have everything I need and are helpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND their credit card service. Who ever structured the business was an idiot. They'll cut your card limit down while it has a balance even if you never missed a payment or paid early. Its like they punish you for using the card. Never ever in my life will I do another home depot credit card and I am happy to share my experience with others.

Google3We love this home depot, but dont use the delivery service. We had drywall and insulation and wood delivered to us by Home Depot. The driver backed into our fire pit and destroyed it. When we ask for reimbursement, they want us to jump through hoops to cover the cost of replacing it. I work a lot, I dont have time to get a bunch of documents and estimates. Just replace the damn firepit. Then they ask for me to follow the link below, but it doesnt work. 🙄

Google3Nothing wrong with the store but I had an encounter with an employee that was leas than tasteful. I was in the same aisle as another woman asking for some help. She and this employee came walking up looking at mailboxes. He was pretty snappy with her, but before he walked away I asked him what an interior door lock was. He laughed and led me to a certain bay. I said yes it’s a bedroom door but I wasn’t sure as their are a few types and he laughed again, and said “I swear you woman just need someone to figure this out for you”. Like, is he for real? I might not know everyone about home improvement but that’s the whole point of asking. You ask to learn! He continued to complain about how he isn’t even supposed to be helping “over here” so I said you know what I’m good. He left, and the other woman and I left the area together. She said “ i ended up not wanting any help from that guy. He just kept making sly comments”. Yes, and pretty much insulted my gender but, “he’s a contractor” so I suppose he knows everything. *eye roll*

My father loves his rolling tool chest. If you’re a new homeowner Home Depot and their staff will give you a peace of mind…Brandon and Amy Ryll is so knowledgeable and Tavoskiaia Bowman will actually listen to your needs and get you the best bargains and advice for a Home Depot credit line … I literally can’t wait to visit this store…. God bless all that enter and exit this store… such a blessing to get arcuate measurements Bryce even loaded my deep freezer into our truck… and ong I could go on about the team of young people that really truly are knowledgeable at such a young age the elders have instilled so much into them. Apply for a credit line you won’t believe what all they sale .Almost a one stop shop .
