Angi5The Lathrop team did an outstanding job coordinating with our insurance company, and ourselves to ensure damage sustained was identified and repairs were approved by our insurer. They provided weekly updates on the approval and repair status until repairs were completed and worked closely with us to ensure repairs occurred at times that did not conflict with our schedule. In addition, they worked closely with us throughout the process to ensure replacement materials ... shingles, gutters, windows, doors, etc. ... met with our approval before being ordered. Services Rendered: We hired Lathrop Contracting to fix major hail damage to roof, windows, gutters, and exterior garage doors of our home.

Angi5All workers were very professional & knowledgeable, Did excellent work & always cleaned up afterwards. Any issues or questions were resolved immediately. Services Rendered: New roof, new siding, new side door, new garage door, new screens, new outdoor lighting, new shutters, painting.

Angi5The work was completed satisfactorily in November 2011. We experienced little snow and even less rain throughout the spring and summer of 2012. After experiencing a substantial rain in the late summer I discovered the garage door leaked, between the panels, when raised after the rain. I called Mr. Lathrop and told him of my problem. He personally came out to check out the leak. He then called Overhead Door, they installed the replacement door, and they came out and replaced two panels on the door. Again, after a rain the door leaked when raised. Again I called Mr. Lathrop. He called Overhead Door again and they came out, checked it out and replaced two panels while Mr. Lathrop was on site. This happened two more times, each time more involved with the field supervisor from Overhead Door here to take pictures and report back to his boss to figure out what could be done. Each time Mr. Lathrop made the call to Overhead Door and did his best to see that the problem was corrected to my satisfaction. On September 27, 2012 Overhead door was out again and replaced two panels and applied additional weather stripping around the door. After more rain, the problem appears to be corrected. This has taken a lot of time, frustration and patience from Mr. Lathrop, all the workers from Overhead Door and me. I am grateful to each of them, especially Jeff, in sticking with me to get the problem corrected. THANKS JEFF! Services Rendered: The roof, gutters, garage door, downspouts and fascia were damaged on my condominium from the hail storm of May 2011. Everyone in my addition had approximately the same damage. Lathrop Construction was in the neighborhood doing replacement work. It was in October 2011 before they could get to doing the replacement work on my home. They replaced everything listed quickly and efficiently.
