Google5Precision doors came out within a few hours after I called! Brandon R was our tech and he did an outstanding job of installing two new openers, replacing springs and hardware. Brandon's customer service skills were excellent--he was positive, friendly and thouroughly explained our new garage door set up. Great experience all around!

Google5Ben H. was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and timely with both the quote & repair for our garage door. He was honest and personable and just a pleasure to work with. We've used Precision Garage Door for the 8 years we've been in the area and will continue to use them for all our garage door needs. They are always available to come out to service right away and are trustworthy during the process.

Google5Called in to make somewhat of an urgent call because my door was no longer operating. The appointment was made very quickly with my time preference. Royal gave me a proper heads up call just like I had asked and arrived promptly on time even with the current winter weather conditions. Royal was kind, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire experience. He was able to quickly figure out what my issue was and inform me of other potential concerns due to the age and wear (24 years old). And even made a temporary fix until the proper repairs can be made so I'm still able to use my garage! When I asked Royal for an estimate, he was able to promptly offer me multiple options in order to cater to my specific needs/wants. This has been an amazing and professional experience and they have most definitely earned my business for years to come!

Google5We came home last night after a month out of town. Because of the freeze the garage door wouldn't open. On the second attempt two screws from the j-bar separated from the door. We called Precision this morning and were told the be out between 4 & 7. Royal called and arrived before 4. Royal explained our options and inspected our door and opener. He presented our options and recommended the best coarse to take. Royal was very professional, personable and had an excellent knowledge of our system. We use Precision because their technicians are excellent. I would recommend Royal and Precision for anyone needing help with a repair, door opener or new door.

Google5I had a great experience with everyone we worked on our project from start to finish. They helped us choose doors that suited our needs while complimenting the exterior of our home. Julian was very professional and informative when he completed the install. Our new doors look better than we imagined! Google5Eric was very professional, courteous and more importantly, he knew what he was doing. I'm convinced that there is good reason for PGD only wanting to be in the business of garage doors. When you do something as good as they do there's no reason to do any other types of business' like some other local garage door companies. Thank you Eric I appreciate what you've done for us.
