Google5Had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door service. Brandon R. was very knowledgeable, and walked me through the whole process and all the available options, with their pros and cons. He was very patient and thorough in his explanations and worked with us to select the best option for our home. After thoroughly going over the details, I was shook that he said he would be able to complete renovations for the door as well as the motors for two garage doors this same day. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Google5I called to schedule repair on our garage door. We had broken springs. They sent a tech the day I called. Brandon was awesome! He explained everything we needed and everything that he was doing. The entire experience was one of the best we have had. I highly recommend them!

Google5Our garage doors were are in need of an inspection, tune-up and some preventative maintenance. As it turns out Some of the hinges had begun to crack and upon closer inspection the springs/bearings were starting to dig in. Needless to say Orlando, who was awesome, ended up spending 6+ hours getting our doors in good condition for the up coming winter. Very professional, polite and a pleasure to have helping us. Thank you.

Google5One of the two springs broke on our door. I Searched for local business and saw Precision at the top. Then I saw a rating of 5 stars and 3k reviews, now I know why. They gave me a price over this phone for the repair and they were able to get me taken care of same day. When the tech arrived he was very nice and straight forward. He inspected my door/ components and gave me a list of issues and what he could replace, worn bearings and rollers and stuff. Even though he gave me a run down of things to fix there was zero high pressure to spend more than I needed and that I really appreciated. Ended up getting both springs replaced since one broke I figured the second may not be far behind. Thanks Owen!

Google5Tim was on time and went right to work on installation of both a double and a single. He was very thorough and paid close attention to detail (my hot button). After install, he took the time to explain the features and warranties. Two thumbs up. Tim knows his business!
