Google5Excellent support and service. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Very reasonable prices too. Did temporary repairs to my badly damaged door so we could open it, replaced my damaged opener so we could stop lifting it manually, and eventually replaced the door with a brand new one. Google5I’ve used them twice for servicing my garage doors. I made the mistake of using a competitor once (Garage door doctors), and now know not to do that again. Honest work, fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Google5The technician arrived about an hour after calling on a Saturday at 3:00pm. He expertly replaced the broken spring and lubricated the hinges, all in less than 30 minutes. Convenient, fast and affordable!

Google5I had a very nice experience with them. My garage door opener did not respond so I called them. Ido was very punctual to show up on time. He explained and offered all possible options in a very professional way. Get to the business right then and completed the work efficiently. Very nice to work with and would highly recommend. I already asked for installing the second garage door 😀.

Google5Day after Christmas our garage door spring broke, and Ido from Garage Door Pro was ON it. Called almost immediately in response to my online request for a quote to fix it. Was at my house within an hour. Door fixed in 30 min. Above and beyond what I expected! Even offered to take broken spring and recycle the metal. Great responsiveness. :)

Google5These guys were amazing. Even with a nationwide, multi carrier cell phone outage, their communication was on point. Our tech, Ido, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fast! He showed up at my place in under 2 hours from my first call and replaced my broken spring within an hour, freeing my car from the garage! The price was very reasonable and he inspected other parts of the system just to be sure there was no other damage. I loved that there was no attempt to up sell something I didn't need. Absolutely can't go wrong with this company! Much thanks!

Angi1We selected these folks because Andrew told us by phone that the springs would run betw 89-250 dollars and when we asked about other fees we were told "none". $100 labor and two springs later (199 ea.) were had this task done for almost 500 bucks. These springs can be had for $40 (Lowe's/South Shore Garage Door). When I inquired about a receipt I was told "it'll be emailed to you". That was over 24 hrs. ago. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE Services Rendered: replace/repair two torsion bars - garage door
