Google5Thankful they game out within 12 hours of contacting them. Tyler came from a garage door spring repair and left helping us with new rollers, a new garage door button, and did maintenance. Said we won't see him for awhile with all the work he did. So grateful for this team.

BBB5************ Door Solutions is an excellent company. My garage door opener was old and needed replacement. I did some research and saw that ********'s had well over one hundred reviews - all 5 stars! I called ****** and she was extremely nice and professional to work with over the telephone. She recommended the *********** B1381 model for my 2-car garage door - the exact model that I wished to purchase based on my research. We scheduled her husband ***** to come out and install the opener within two days. ***** is the man! Quickly I could tell that he really knew the garage door business and was extremely friendly. ***** had the old GD opener down and installed the new *********** in no time. My goodness - the *********** B1381 is so quiet! I love it. My house is about twenty years old and we noticed that my 2-car garage door sagged a few inches in the middle. It looked a bit dumpy. No problem for *****. He suggested placing an aluminum strut across the bottom of the door to add further support. My door now looks amazing!***** walked me through all of the features of my new GD opener, helped me create a new code key, and patiently answered all of my questions before he left. I strongly recommend ***** at Rose Garage Door Solutions if you have any desire to upgrade your current garage door. He's the best and the prices are very reasonable. **** in Carmel (Go Hounds!)"

Google5Husband and wife team Tyler and McKayla were excellent to work with. When my cable was frayed they got out here quickly and Tyler pointed out that they were multiple things that needed to be replaced. He showed me how the door was not balanced and that's what sold me on the new door. Pricing was transparent and reasonable they were pleasure to do business with. Had previously worked with Duane Keller at Hamilton garage door and that business has been sold so I was looking for someone local to work with and found them highly recommend

Google5Definitely the best company for Garage Door Repair in Carmel. Had 3 other companies in Carmel come out and none of them were willing to take on the job. My springs were terrible and forced my door off track. Rose Garage Door, came out and told me my problem, gave me a fair price and luckily were able to fix my Garage Door the same day! If you need a Garage Door Repair and live in or near Carmel I highly suggest giving them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Google5Too good to be true? Nope! I needed to have my garage door spring replaced and Rose was great. Having the owner do the work is a game changer. Everything you want is provided (personable, knowledgeable, cares about quality, give you confidence that things are not rushed, attention to detail, answers questions, inspects the door in general to ensure nothing else is not correct, etc.). I saw the good reviews and thought this is too good to be true, but I was wrong. Everything about this company is top notch. Highly recommended. You will get the same level of quality and attention to detail that I received. You are then left with confidence that the job was well done and your garage door is good to go - not just for the specific issue you may have, but holistically as well. Whenever I need something in the future, this is my company and my people!

Google5We had Rose come out for a second opinion after our garage door spring broke. The first company told us we would need to also replace multiple other parts and was pushing an entire new garage door. Rose came out and said that wasn't necessary, but I asked about the possibility of installing new. Tyler walked me through all the options, answered all my questions, and wasn't pushing one way or another. We opted to install a new one and he was able to install a beautiful new door within a few days. It was a very easy process.

Google5When our old garage door broke, we called Rose Garage Door Solutions spoke with Makayla and they came out quickly. Tyler explained our options and we went with a new door and opener. So glad we did, it looks beautiful. They did an awesome job with the installation and explaining how to use the new "smart" garage door opener. Would definitely recommend. Yelp5I used Yelp to get a quote for a broken spring in the evening. Within a few minutes Tyler responded and I had a quote as well as an appointment scheduled for the next morning. He showed up on time and explained the work that would be performed. Recommend replacing a plastic part with a metal one and I agreed. He suggested replacing the original rollers but nothing urgent. Something to consider in the future to help the spring work more efficiently. Everything works and looks great and there wasn't any sales pressure.
