Google5Excellent product and installation service. Matt did a great job installing the new door and opener. Explained operation of the opener and helped program codes. Only suggestion would be on initial consult would to to have pamphlets of actual doors and windows that are carried by ADoor. Got what we wanted but was hard to visualize without actual pamphlets.

He was very polite and immediately introduced himself. I explained my garage door issues and he immediately replaced the cord and the light and then oiled everything necessary. He was finished in a short time. The garage door sounds much better now and I am happy to have a working light (especially when I come home in the dark)and know that the cord is dependable if I ever need it. Google5From the first time I entered the store, A nice elderly lady helped me through the process and answered all my concerns, when the installer came the next day he was very professional and skilled! The job was done in no time with clean up, I will be doing a double doir in the near future, this company was the original installer 20 years ago how ironic is that still in business. Google3First of all, I want to say the men were very nice that came out to my house to fix my rolling garage door openers. They fixed the problem within 15 to 20 minutes and used no parts to fix them. All they needed was to be adjusted. I called the company the next day to pay for their service and was told it was gonna be $550. Granted, it took them 25 minutes to get here and 25 minutes to go back to where they were coming from not because of distance, but because of construction issues that are going on near my house.I just think that is a ridiculous amount for something that took no parts and only took at the most 20 minutes. They did reduce my price down to $400 but not before telling me they have two men and that the men get $100 an hour. So even at that price it should’ve been at the most a few hundred dollars. So while the service was good, I am very disappointed in how much they charged me.

Angi5THEY WERE PROMPT AND HONEST AND THEY DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. WE'VE USED THEM TWICE, SO WE RECOMMEND THEM. WE'VE LIVED IN THE HOUSE SINCE '92 AND TWICE WE'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE GARAGE DOOR AND TWICE THEY'VE COME OUT AND REPAIRED IT. THEY WERE DEPENDABLE AND DIDN'T TRY TO SELL US SOMETHING THAT WE DIDN'T NEED. THEY WENT RIGHT TO THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. Services Rendered: REPLACED SPROCKETS IN AN ELECTRIC GARAGE DOOR OPENER
