The garage door broke late afternoon. In years past we have called A Wise Choice. We called and left a message. Val called back and said he had an appointment in OC but would come by after he was done....might be late. We were happy he was willing to come at night. Val arrived at 9:45p and in 30 minutes replaced the broken springs adjusted everything and we were good. Had Val not been willing to come late the garage door would have been left half open for the night. We also had an appointment in the morning we needed to get to. Really appreciate him solving our problem!!

Been using Wise for several years for minor repairs and just had a new garage door opener installed. They did a great job and I am totally pleased with new and quieter opener. It's nice that they never try to sell you something you don't need. No pressure.

I was so glad to find someone available at 8:30 pm Saturday night. Val was most professional getting to the problem at hand with the questions he asked. He had great communications skills giving me all the information I needed to make a decision as to when was the best time to have the repair done. The tenant was very pleased with the service provided. I had called another 24 hour person on Angie's list but he never answered the phone. Nor did he call back when I left a message. Services Rendered: Provider communicated promptly after my phone call. Asked questions about the spring on the garage door. He was able to quote a price for the repair. He also gave me two quotes for the times that he would be available to do the job.because it was an emergency as the tenant could not get her car out. The tenant was able to wait till Sunday morning when the cost would be cheaper than Saturday at 9:30 pm.
