Request of new garage motor install. Ordered a motor from Home Depot which was delivered, however even before delivery this crew was already calling for an appointment. This was impeccable service and extremely Randy called and confirmed eta prior to arrival. The job was done in less than thirty minutes. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. Randy the Installer explained the new features, warranty and provided the number to the support line. Top Tier Service, I would definitely recommend this business to anyone interested in friendly fast garage repair from a knowledgeable team. I lucked up on this business via Home Depot, when I purchased opener I selected the option for installation. They really were amazing from start to finish 10/10!

I called and explained my problem with my garage door . I was prepared to hire them to come fix it . The lady that answered was so sweet she explained exactly what I needed to do do fix it myself . I followed her directions and I fixed it . That is a real sign of how honest they are !!!! Thank you !!

I want to thank you guys at Arrow Garage Doors from the personnel that booked my appointment to Randy the technician who fixed our garage door. I called my insurance provider when our garage door broke. My insuranse company sent out a company by the name of " Castle door garage" and the technician that came to our home was here for ten minutes gave us too many excuses that he could not fixed our door etc etc. So i called my insurance provider back and requested a second company and that when Arrow came out and wow no excuses got the job done right and and quick. That you guys a million . i will recomend you to anybody that ever asks for a refferal on a garage door. Jesse

Installed my garage door opener as a sub contractor of Home Depot. Door opener no longer works. Very unprofessional, unpleasant exchange with Renata. She says they do not install bumper guards. Marantec tells me it must have the bumper to continue working. So apparently Arrow Door does not install all of the parts that come in the box! Marantec does not consider them "authorized" installers.

Very friendly and gave an extremely quick service. Called, and someone was sent in 40mins. Several Years of POINT-ON Professionalism and just darned good SERVICE. I've had my single-width garage doors replaced with them, and a replacement door opener on one; and repairs on the second. They are TIMELY, on BUDGET, and they offer (obviously) a quality product. I have elder tenants who are sensitive to repairmen...and they even comment how COURTEOUS, and PROFESSIONAL they are. I did not pull my Volvo SUV up far enough in the garage, and the door shut on my bumper. By the time I got to get the door back up, it was shaped like a V in the middle. I thought for sure my door was a goner. My son told me to call Arrow Garage so I did, very nice and professional on the phone and remembered me when I called again. Sent Raudy out the next day, I was sweating it waiting for the cost of a new door. Raudy was very professional, confident and very friendly. I asked if it can be fixed and he said yes. I was surprised. He did so much work to straighten everything out again, and did his best on the dents from a wind storm a few years back. He was so thorough, and smiled a lot. I highly recommend Arrow Garage Doors, my husband will be surprised when he gets home. The door looks and acts like new and he saved me a lot of money. When it does come time that I do need to replace my doors, I know exactly who to call. Thank you so much Raudy, you saved the day!!!

Fast and efficient. We needed 2 springs replaced in our gargage, the installer stuck to his arrival time and was in an out in less than and hour. Taught us how to mainatin the springs for a longer life. Very nice guy!
