Wonderful and fast service. This morning the garage door L-shaped pull hinge came off. I checked Nextdoor for a recommendation to fix it. Best was the ticket, for real. I left a message, and received a call back from Amy within the hour. I sent her photos and she texted me a price. Technician Ben came out on time, and knew how to handle the issue. He checked everything and lubed the bearings and springs on both doors. Ben was professional and personable. I paid by check. Highly recommend.

They had just finished another job when I spoke to him, and he drove right over to my house. Their quote was slightly higher than the other two quotes I received, but the cycle rating for the springs was much higher that the other quotes. These springs are a much better value and should last 5 times longer. They mentioned that the rollers were very worn, and replaced them as well for a reasonable price. The new rollers made the door quieter than it has ever been. They were professional and trustworthy. I would definitely use them again. Services Rendered: Replacement of both springs and 12 rollers

Excellent service - Tim Best was punctual, professional and had great communication both before and during the replacement process. His recommended garage door opener has been working like a charm since installation 6 months ago, and he checked the door system. He gave me some excellent advice for my other garage door opener, and should I need to replace that one I will absolutely call him back. The cost was very good, but I didn't write it here because all different garage door openers carry different costs depending on its unique situation. Services Rendered: Our garage door opener was malfunctioning, I needed a replacement.

Very professional. The owner came a week ago to inspect the damage to the door, and offered suggestions which included researching to try to find the manufacturer of the door to see if replacement parts could still be obtained. Called yesterday with the information he'd learned, offered some suggestions, then made his recommendation which saved me money in the long run and bought me several more years of use from the existing door. He could have gone the route of recommending/selling me on replacing the entire door, but did not. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity. Will definitely call upon this company again!! Services Rendered: Repaired a banged up panel on my garage door and serviced the working parts of the electric door.

Very good and professional. It was $475 the door and $325 for the 3 quarter horsepower opener. Took old door down and hauled it away as well. Services Rendered: They did a garage door installation.
