Got a new door last year (July/August), started having issues with one of the doors in November and it turned out that the motor's chain mechanism wasn't installed properly. Their website says "Services 24/7" yet I have been trying to call them since January 6th to no response. Our gate door is opening on its own, sometimes one of the doors gets stuck at the top and doesn't come down unless we manually bring it down by pulling the chains. This is not professional.
