Google1Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment online for Monday with a 10 AM–2 PM arrival window. At 12:18 PM, I received a text saying the technician from Precision Garage Door was on the way. I waited in my garage, but no one showed up. Around 2 PM, I called to ask what happened, and they told me the technician had to extend the job he was working on and pushed my appointment to 4–6 PM instead. I had already waited for hours, so I canceled. Poor communication and a complete waste of my time.

Google5Highly recommend this company, and yes we have used them before. Spring broke, came same day, ran a little later than scheduled but they called me to inform. Quoted the job, did it perfectly. I would recommend them and will call them again with any issues. Thx Precision Door Service!

Google5Our tech Frank Lopez provided us an estimate and was 1000% professional. He broke down every detail of the problem, reccomended repair for prevention of future mishaps and was extremely courteous and helpful the entire time. Janet, Carlos & Frankie were amazingly thorough & I still can’t believe they accomplished all of this in less than 8 hours! We will definitely use Precision for any & all future garage door needs… very, VERY satisfied!

Yelp1Got a new door last year (July/August), started having issues with one of the doors in November and it turned out that the motor's chain mechanism wasn't installed properly. Their website says "Services 24/7" yet I have been trying to call them since January 6th to no response. Our gate door is opening on its own, sometimes one of the doors gets stuck at the top and doesn't come down unless we manually bring it down by pulling the chains. This is not professional.
