Yelp5JJ responded quickly to my service inquiry. Asked the right questions on the service needed and setup an appointment for the next day- a Sunday. JJ fixed my garage door in a short time, gave me a warranty and gave me recommendations on maintaining the door. JJ was also professional and friendly.

Yelp5He's awesome from start to finish!!!! I don't know why he only has 5 reviews so far. We will use him for our garage over & over again. He went above & beyond. The price, quality, responsiveness & customer service skill were great!!!! He got here fast, worked hard & finished the job fast!!!! He did more than what he was hired to do, so we tipped him for gas since he lives far from us. He doesn't try to rip us off like other bigger companies. Give him a chance & you won't regret it!

Yelp5I requested a garage repairman through Yelp and instantly received a call and message from James! We needed our garage door fixed quickly and James was very quick in responding to us and our issue. I sent images to him regarding my garage door and he immediately knew the problem and gave us a quote and ETA when he can come by and fix it. He did a great and quick job and also explained to my husband what had happened that caused our door to become messed up in the first place. Definitely recommend James Your Garage Door Guy for all your needed garage repairs! Photos show how off our garage was from the track and the cable that was all tangled up! James explained this to us and fixed it all very fast!

Yelp5An exceptional company. I had a damaged garage spring. The incident occurred on a weekend. I needed repairs done on the following day on a holiday. I reached out to a few companies on yelp. James from Garage Door Guy replied immediately in the middle of the night! I wasn't expecting a response that quickly. He quoted me a price for the work based on the information I provided him over the phone. He was open and honest about it. He arrived in the time frame promised when I decided to proceed with the repair. He came to the house well prepared. When he arrived he got to work immediately after taking the time to listen to my concerns. He got the work done efficiently and went above and beyond. I didn't ask him but he lubricated the springs after the install and tighten a few of the loose screws on the garage door. James is very friendly and has an easy going personality so it was a delight to work with him. I'm so happy I hired him and feel I got good value for what I paid for. Overall, it was more cost effective for me to hire this company than to do the work myself. I'm a do it yourself type of person. They are able to get better quality parts than what I can get at the local Home Depot or Ace Hardware store. There is certain parts on the garage doors that aren't available at local hardware store like a garage door containment w-hook. It takes about 1-1 1/2 weeks to order online through Amazon. Garage door repairs is a speciality trade that requires careful calibration of the equipment to make it work correctly. If you're a novice like me, it really easier to hire a professional you can trust to get the work done quickly and correctly. James is very knowledgeable. After the repair was done I wanted some information about future upgrade to the garage door. He took the time to explain to me what my options are and gave me a proposal for future work. I would highly recommend this company and will let my friends know about the quality of service I received. I look forward to working with this company again in the future.
