Google5I had my whole house done a few years ago. Amazing company to work with from estimate to installation. I highly recommend! Everyone was courteous, on time and very thorough. They even pointed out problems other companies missed like dry rot! How other companies overlooked that idk. Thank you Knebel!

Google5I reached out to a couple places at the beginning of the year to see if they would be willing to offer discounted rates for replacing two broken windows at the Pearson house, in an effort to take one thing off their plate as they brought Penelope home after her leukemia diagnosis. Dan Knebel responded really quickly and offered to "take care of these at no charge." When I tell you I teared up, you should understand how much that meant. He sent out his estimator on a day when Penelope would be out to avoid sharing germs, and when the glass came in, they remembered that her clinic days were on Fridays. Since she's in the hospital right now, they squeezed the job in today, for a total turnaround time of only five weeks! When Penelope is discharged, it feels wonderful to know that her home will be a little warmer, and we can thank Knebel Windows' generosity for that. If you are replacing windows any time soon, you definitely know where to go. A HUGE THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, goes out to Dan Knebel and Knebel Windows.

Google5The inside handle on our storm door just snapped off during the frigid winter weather in late December. I called Knebel, sent them a couple of pictures and hand a brand new latch assembly installed within a week. Voila! And the manufacturer provided the new latch at no cost. Great customer service!

Google3Someone came out and spent an hour to give us a quote. I tried calling to get the quote a few times. Never did hear back. I don't understand how they pay employees to spend so much time to come and not follow up with quotes! Updated and hope to update again. They saw my review and reached out.

Google3Great customer service. Owner was helpful with advice. Edit: Had to downgrade from 5 to 3. They were not able to fix a window that someone else was. And although the first time he was very helpful with advice, the second time was different. The big dude helping was friendly but the owner might have been preoccupied or something. Also I think they are pretty hardcore into the mask thing.

Google5Order a custom storm door from Knebel after going round and round with the big boxers. Don't get me wrong the big boxers are good for some things but if you want expertise AND customer service AND locally owned business AND an overall great experience - stop in/call Knebel. Ask for Brad. Sure - my order was later than expected due to the state of the supply chain. No sweat. I was kept up to date on progress and thanked for my patience. When the door arrived I was in the midst of a busy week. You know what Brad did? He dropped the door off at my house after work. The gesture meant a lot to my family. Keep it up Knebel!

Google5Purchased a garage window and storm door for our back porch recently. Matt did a terrific job getting everything in and added some fine touches which really added to the look and function. Very happy with this experience.
