Our garage door is a junky old wooden thing and stopped working when the springs snapped. Joel came out the next day and gave a few options for us. We're foster parents and don't have a lot of extra money, but he never made us feel bad that we were going with the cheapest route. Highly recommend and will definitely use him again when we're able to replace the door.

Roby Doors is timely with communication and comes quickly and punctually. We were impressed with how quickly we got our garage door during the derecho recovery in Cedar Rapids and the supply chain logjam. Our door was installed quickly and well and Joel informed us clearly how to get the App on our phones for opening the door in an additional way. When we had an issue with the opener, he came in less than a day and solved the problem as well as giving us a lubricant and instructing in its use. We heartily recommend this company.
