Google5I had an emergency after hours call and Pete Ferguson was the tech that responded. He was super professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and made recommendations. He was able to ge the door closed and had the team out the next morning before 9! Such great service. I’m happy to support this locally owned business. Thank you Matt and team.

Google5I was quickly put on the schedule to have a garage door coil spring replaced. Service technicians (Lawson and Jack) arrived promptly at the scheduled time after calling to make me aware they were on the way. They were efficient and professional while working and had the door repaired in short order. Prior to leaving they tested everything thoroughly and provided some general maintenance information to help keep everything in working condition.

Google5Our garage door suffered a catastrophic failure due mainly to age & total lack of maintenance. Called Alpha & they were on it! Jessica asked me all the pertinent questions and Cole ( our technician ) called before coming out to make sure everything was covered. Cole & his assistant came & took care of business in no time. Total professionals. Our door is better than it has ever been. Cole made suggestions to make it even better, which we are going to do. The price was reasonable & the work done right. What more can you ask ? We're happy ! Highly recommend !!!

Google5Jay did an amazing job getting our garage door closing. Jay also took care of a couple loose rails and some general maintenance as well. Very happy with his service. Highly recommend Alpha Overhead Door. Will defiantly do business with them again for my home and my rental.

Google5We needed a new garage door after a really bad storm. Working with Alpha was non-stressful. Our installer, Ryno, arrived on time and really did good work! He showed us everything we needed to know and cleaned up his work area.

Google5Jay installed my opener last week. I had a hard time getting someone to call me back and schedule the job, but I’m glad I persisted. Professional work and the door is nice and quiet, even with a chain! I wish I could remember the name of my garage door installer because he was also fantastic. Both of my experiences with Alpha have been great. I would definitely recommend.

Google5Process was smooth from beginning to end. I’ve been a customer for repairs before, but never a new door. I finally got a new one and it is so worth it! Ryno and Octavien did fantastic works installing. Thanks Alpha Overhead and crew. Nicely done.
