Google1Called to schedule an appointment to fix one of the doors on our carriage house. Leigh (sp) was the most disrespectful, aggressive and most combative CSR person I have ever dealt with in my life. So much so, that after reflecting on the conversation with her four hours earlier, I called back and cancelled the scheduled appointment. She again, was rude and disrespectful and hung on me as I tried to explain to her why I was canceling the appointment. I then called Precision Doors and they had a technician on our property in an hour and fix the issue quickly. I would never call Overhead Doors, even if they were the last door company on the First Coast. Someone needs to teach Leigh some positive CSR skills. ✌🏻 UPDATED RESPONSE TO YOUR LESS THAN TRUTHFUL/FACTUAL RESPONSE: Your response was less than factual. (It sounded like our Gov't responding to the facts of both of the shootings in MN recently.) I HAD NO ISSUE WITH THE APPOINTMENT BEING SET FOR THE NEXT DAY!! As a matter of fact, it worked out better for me for the next day. I never became "RUDE" as you stated until your CSR told I did not know what I was talking about; in a very demeaning and rude manner. In spite of her attitude, I agreed to have a technician come the next day. After thinking about the interaction with your less than professional CSR, I decided I did not want to spend my money on a company that employes people of that caliber. I then called back and POLITELY tried to explain to that person why I was cancelling; not realizing initially that I was speaking with the same rude individual. She then berated me again in the middle of my explaining my reason for cancelling and abruptly hung on me. Listen to the recording of both calls and determine honestly whom was the rude person in this interaction. Last but not least, I at no time used "FOUL" language. I am a Christian and do not use that type of language in a professional capacity no matter how terrible the other person is treating me. Now, not only do we know she has poor people skills, but is a liar too. All the more reason for people not to use your company.

Google5I have used Overhead Door of Jacksonville many times for commercial service over the years. They are consistently punctual, courteous and diligent in their work. Communication is great and prices are fair.

Google5We have a set of 21 year old automatic roll-up doors they installed when our house was built and they maintain with tuneups. We use our doors a lot between my husband's kayak, riding our bikes almost daily and yard maintenance. They are still operating beautifully as the original equipment and the staff is always supportive and friendly. Highly recommend for superior product line and knowledgeable employees.

Google5Thanks for your service. We needed a repair for our rails and springs. Overhead door scheduled us an appointment and quoted the service fee on the phone, so no surprises at the appointment. Eugene came out and got the door up and running for what we felt like was a good price. Would use again.

Google5The Tech showed up on time, replaced the springs, and completed the service call promptly. He was courteous and respectful. A few days later I noticed a slight alignment problem so I called and the same tech came out within 24 hours to make the minor adjustment I requested.

Google5Over the years, I’ve used Overhead Door on dozens of occasions and two gentlemen yesterday at my house to fix a garage door were incredible. They diagnosed it and looked at it corrected. They repaired it and we’re done in probably less than 30 minutes Hats off to Overhead Doors.

Google5Thank goodness for Trey and Jason from Overhead Door Company. As two seniors our 10 ft shop door was getting way too heavy to lift. They came out and started our project but had to come back with a new game plan. They got our new chain hoist installed and worked great, were respectful, funny, friendly and a credit to their company. If you have any garage door or commercial door needs, definitely give a call to Overhead Door Company. We could not be more pleased with our results.

Google5These gentlemen were fantastic. They installed two truck lifts at a warehouse on the Westside. You could tell the confidence in their skills by the way they spoke and seamlessly worked together. They took care in making sure everything was level and plum. They took all the precautions I could think of and were all business. The guys at Overhead Door are the ones you want to trust when it matters. Keep up the great work!
