Google5Our 25 year-old garage door finally bit the dust (had already had the spring replaced once) and we were in need of a new door/opener immediately. A neighbor recommended Adel. Here is our experience with Adel Mikhail and Sons....When Adel came out to give an estimate 2 weeks ago...he said they would be able to get to us in two weeks....that would be tomorrow, 9/26/23. Adel called us on Sunday, 9/24/23 and said his guys would be here between 8:30 and 10:30 am on 9/25/23 (a day early). We received a call from one of the techs - Jim - who said they would be here at 9:30 am. They arrived at 9:30 sharp. They got to work and in 2.5 hours replaced our old/non-functioning door and lift with an identical-looking insulated door and Liftmaster opener with a keypad, car remotes, and an app to put everything on our smartphones. They were neat, efficient, and courteous. Jim explained how to program the keypad, how to download and use the app on our family's 4 smartphones, and the other basics we needed to know. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this company. (They are coming back on 9/28/23 to replace our neighbor's door as well.)

Google5Mike was prompt, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and took care of our garage door repairs in a short time and for a very reasonable price. It was an absolute pleasure having someone with this work ethic and caring for our space and of course expertise do the job. When our openers need replacement or any garage door issues we are calling Mike at Adel Mikhail and sons for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Google5I usually don't do reviews, but Adel Mikhail is great!! I called him yesterday, he is very responsive, and responded right away. They came today, installed my garage door opener, and fixed my springs in about an hour. They deserve more than 5 STARS! I strongly recommended Adel Mikhail, he is reliable.

Google5I have contacted Adel Mikhail multiple times and they are always very responsive. Both times I needed repairs, they were able to accommodate me quickly and provided outstanding service. Their prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. I once called about an issue and rather than coming out and charging me for a visit, they gave me suggestions to try to address the issue first before a service visit. That reflects the honesty of the company. Highly recommended.

Google5I called Adel when my garage door torsion spring snapped. His son Dave was there that day to inspect the spring and give an estimate. Adel had the replacement springs in stock gave an estimate for a very fair price. He and his son and another coworker were there the very next day first thing in the morning to complete the job. They did great work and had everything done within an hour. I definitely recommend them as a fast, reliable and very professional local business.
