Within the past 8 years or so, I've used Jacqueline Home Remodeling to replace my windows, roof and siding. Each job that was performed they were professional, friendly and their pricing was always reasonable. Recently, I thought I had an issue with one of my windows and Charlie came out immediately and checked it out for me. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

I am fighting everything within myself to settle on one star. I guess they deserve one for showing up to the job. So almost a year ago I had siding installed on my home. They missed an exhaust fan vent on my main bathroom and sided right over it. There were so many things that I went over with the owner that he said he would include, but when the crew showed up they just did the job with not much of an attention to detail. I felt like I had to constantly check and look to make sure everything I asked for was included. As I did, the crew (mostly the owners sons) made me feel like it was minor and would be handled or I was knit picking so to speak. So, I asked repeatedly to address the exhaust fan vent. They stated "it was a minor oversight and easily corrected". Well, I waited nine months and finally installed it myself. Now, I look today and a siding piece just fell off without any heavy winds or anything. I have fixed and reattached many pieces since the installation and I think this is just the worst job ever. I have many gaps in the facia, sags, buckles, and warping in the siding itself, and I am worried about what else is going to go wrong tomorrow or the next day. I have a water leak in one window that was sided and wrapped ever since the installation but not before. Almost all of the downspouts from the new gutters installed didn't meet any of my existing drainage conduits(again, I had to remedy).I had a stone treatment on the front of my home that looks good. It was subbed out to a mason, however Jacqualine Siding Inc. never followed up with install. So, again I had to fill gaps and such where the new stone met my old foundation. I collected, no exaggeration, a pound and a half of nails and screws from around my home.Also, my roof is not too old (about twenty years) but when they attached their siding jacks to my roof they broke the shingles at most spots and didn't say a word. At this point I feel like I can go on and on. I am a professional in the construction industry and have seen many jobs before and after, and am so sorry I used these guys.

We all know that some people will complain no matter what service they receive. That appears to be whats going on below. I have nothing but compliments for this contractor. He recently did large job at my house in Aberdeen, and It couldnt of turned out better. They were reliable and affordable. I even refered them two of my friends who had the same glowing review. Take my advice and I guarantee you will be happy with the job completed.
