Google5Jonesboro Overhead Door did a great job fixing my garage door. The previous owners left it in bad shape, but the guys got it all fixed up. I was surprised how affordable the fix was as well. They were quick, efficient, and showed up on time. We'll be using Jonesboro Overhead Door for any future garage door issues.

Google5Called in the morning with two broken springs on my overhead garage door. They came right after lunch and had it repaired in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Very appreciative of their quick turnaround.

Google5I had to wait a week before they had someone available to evaluate the door because they are so busy, but he fixed the door, programmed the remotes, and changed the code on the door. I was thrilled to pay him the amount due as his work was worth every penny.

Google1Asked them to come and let me know what was wrong with my opener. They came and pushed the same buttons I had a million times and told me I needed a new opener. Did not do anything additional to test, or even try to fix anything. Charged me $110 for the privelage. One of them did mention the openers are way cheaper at Lowes, so that's where I went, so I guess thanks for that! Lesson learned.

Google1I had appointment for this company to go to my rental and they never showed. I would definitely beware of an ontime appointment if they show at all. Left me tenant waiting for hours. No call or even a call back when I called the office.

Google5Jonesboro overhead door came out the day after I called they fixed my garage door for what I thought was a reasonable cost. They were polite and professional. The following week, the same garage door was acting up. Jonesboro overhead door came back (on holiday) and tightened the door more, and it worked well. Them coming back a second time being on holiday was nice. I highly recommend the Jonesboro overhead door

Google4They installed my garage doors and came out to troubleshoot them during the one-year warranty period. I occasionally have issues with my doors and still use them, now i have to pay a service fee since the doors are out of warranty. They are always polite and prompt.
