    Garage door got skewed and the lanyards popped of springs. Need door realignment and springs reset. I was told that the lanyards needed replaced for $80 dollars + service call $80 so to me this is $160 dollars the entire process took about 45 mins from start to finish. I was under the impression the $80 service call was for at least some type of work being preformed, wrong thats just for them to come to your home plus a fuel charge of 4 gallons of gas to drive from Joplin to Oronogo 10 miles from down town Joplin so $88 dollars to show up thats all you get!!! Then they charged an additional hour of labor to align the door which was done with a 10 lbs hammer beating on the rails till he got them where he wanted. So some how realignment and replacement of cables that didnt need replace at all was a smooth $300 for this service. Then to add insult to injury i told the tec I would take care of the old cables that he removed, and he stated he had to take them because they where difficult and dangerous. Lol seriously. Im sure those cables he took even after I told him to leave them, will end up on someone else's door for a discounted price. Never ever again will I use a company that prides it self on gouging customers and hidden charges not revealed at the time of the initial inspection. Seriously 4 gallons of gas to drive less than 10 miles + $80 service call that gets you nothing. You got me once but you will not ever ever get me or my friends and family again!!! P.S A representative of the Co called me and offered to adjust the bill. I declined the offer and stated my position that the hiding or not disclosing charges was not a good look and that transparency is what was needed to give customers a fair deal and a better customer experience. I appreciated the unexpected phone call.

    I had them install new garage doors on my 120 year old house. I had a great experience with the sales staff. The technician that conducted my site pre-inspection was very thorough and professional. The installer put in several hours of hard work dealing with the complexities of my older home, but I am very happy with the end result. Once I replace and panit the exterior molding it will all look perfect!

    Came out and fixed our door when a cable broke and jammed it. They came out quickly and addressed the issue. The technician was very friendly and respectful.

    I scheduled an appointment for a garage door consultation and received confirmation on the website but no email or text confirmation. Due to this, I called the company the day of my appointment to ensure it was scheduled, and the customer service rep confirmed the appointment. The rep advised that we would receive a phone call 20 minutes before the technician arrived to assess our garage door repair (most likely will be a new installation due to the age of the doors). Both my spouse and I took off work early so that we could be there - the appointment window was 4 pm - 8 pm. We never received a phone call, and no one showed up during our appointment time. Long story short, our time is valuable, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

    I had a garage door spring break and being the handy person I am I chose to replace it myself. Everything went great until testing it. The cable came loose, the door got skewed at an angle and jammed between the rails. The technician came out and fixed the door very quickly, within 25min.

    Called and they were out the next day. Technician was very informative and fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes. Also gave me suggestions on making our opener more efficient. I would recommend them for all your garage door needs.

    I needed someone to take a look at my mother in laws home - as we don't live in Joplin - so I called OD of Joplin and they jumped right on it. Works perfectly now. Fast and did it right! Definitely recommend. 4 stars only because price seemed a bit high, but it definitely was the help I needed.
