Google1My washer was put back together incorrectly. After washing my first load what started as a minor pinhole leak now turned into a huge filling up the bottom drawer with water leak. Not to mention the parts that were left out when put back together. Also we had to have another person come fix it obviously and was told he had stripped our bolts out that go to the soap dispenser area. I cannot even contact them no matter what I try because it’s all AI now and get that issue resolved

Google1He never showed up and the signature on the receipt is not ours!! Text message says they came but no one ever did. This is 6 weeks without a washer machine that I paid good money for!!! So disappointed

Google1--Update--- the repair didnt work, no big deal, right? Make a new appt, right? WRONG!! The new appt was for today. No call No show from the tech. Chatbot still says they will be here today by 5 (it is 6 now). Cant talk to a person in chat, so I call. Cant get a person on the phone. So now, this is my only option to get someone to respond ( but they likely have a bot here too). If you want customer service, this prob isnt the place to get it. Wayne was knowledgeable, polite, and punctual. He assessed the issue and ordered the parts. When he can back to install, he did so quickly and even took the broken parts with him.

Google1Wayne was so nice, fast at diagnosing the problem and even informed me that my part was actually covered under manufacture warranty, even though the fridge was past warranty. But he told me that I would have to place the parts order and gave me the numbers. I was on the phone with Sears for almost an hour dealing with the AI crap and transferred 3 times when I did actually speak with a person to finally be told that the tech has to place the order (they couldn't do it) and that somebody would need to come out to do that! Which means waiting for another appointment in 3 days (just to place an order) for a part that will take an additional 10 days to come in and then wait for a tech to come out again to install! Avoid Sears repair if you value your sanity!!!

Google5The service man was great. He checked out the appliance, and explained what the problem was. He then further researched the faulty part and discovered a replacement was not available now and probably would never be available. Lesson learned: do not buy Hisense brand appliances. It's a wonderful product when it works, and absolutely worthless when a part fails and replacements can't be found.

Google1Nice guy, dressed like he was going on a dinner date. But not much of a worker… first trip was a waste, second trip not much better, told me I had to pull my floor out and he’d be back. I get home, take the plate off and screw the feet up and pull it out. He calls before he comes the last time and asked if I got the floor pulled up. I said I didn’t have to and then asked him if he took the plate off, he said yes. I said I didn’t and shortened the feet and pulled it out. He finishes and doesn’t say a word to my sister who was there. I get home and dirty dishes all over the counter. I asked him the first visit if I needed to empty it. He said no. One of the brackets is on the counter, do t know where the other one is bc it is not attached. The plate is on the floor in front of the stove and the two screws were on the rug. He left our towel that asked for soaking wet and laying on top of our bread. Disgusting! Please do not ever send him back. Please refer to the pictures. I am not a happy customer.
