Google1We ordered are doors in August and have been told every time we call or when we go in that they are still not in the last time we called before going in the said one to two weeks and then went in and was told another three weeks I feel they are just giveing the go around so they don’t have to do anything to deal with are complaints. We have mad are complaints know and they don’t seem to care . They say there comeing from Indiana but I feel they are lieing due to the they have been shipped and that was over your weeks ago and they still have not came in and they also say there’s no tracking number for the order and any time you ship something it comes with a tracking number.

Google1I called SEK overhead door in August and set the appointment for August 23, 2024 at 1pm. I spoke with Craig over the phone. The day of the scheduled appointment I took off work to be there at my residence. I waited around and Hour and a half after the appointment time. I called several times and was told they would be there. The second phone call I made to cancel the appointment due to other obligations I was called by the technician and told they were in their way which would be about 20 minuets. Technician’s showed up and adjusted my door and track. They did not use any parts and were there maybe 20 minuets. Fast forward a few weeks I received the bill in the mail. The bill was $140.00 for the service. I called and inquired about this and they didn’t even seem care about my concerns. My concerns were being billed for 2 technicians and the delayed appointment time. When I called about originally I asked about the service fee was 85.00 not 140.00. My issues were minor and didn’t need 2 technicians but was sent 2. I would strongly suggest you consider someone else for your service. I waited for almost 2 hours and still billed that amount. I guess my time waiting isn’t worth anything.

Google5I looked around at garage doors for months on a new build and decided to shop this business. I have been extremely impressed with everything about this company. The quality, price, and interaction with sales has been well deserving of more than 10 stars. Very impressed!

Google5Wow! The power was out; it was Sat. @ 5:00 p.m. and decided to manually operate the door to park the car. It opened easily; but when I tried to close it came off the track and stuck about 2 ft. off the ground. Called SEK Overhead Door expecting to get a voice mail. Instead, I got a real person, who was extremely friendly and immediately offered to come out. The tech showed up and w/in 30-40 min., had the door aligned and operational manually. Power was restored while the tech was here and he stuck around to see if things worked while powered. Excellent service!
