Google5We had an issue with our torsion springs and went through our home owners warranty. I'm glad they contracted through Garage Doors and More! Brian has been nothing but pleasant to work with. He was extremely timely, kind and courteous to our property. He fixed our issues quickly but also explained what was going on. We had a few other issues arise after the torsion springs- no fault of Brian, and he came back twice to fix the issues, no questions asked and didn't charge us. In our opinion, he went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoys what he does. We will use Brian in the future if needed and would highly recommend him if you live in the area.

Google5I contacted Garage Doors and More because I was having issues with my garage door. My door was super hard to open and put a large strain on my opener. Mr. Miller stopped over and determined the door was not balanced and the springs that I had installed by a different installer were not the correct size for my door. Mr. Miller checked the weight of the door to find the correct springs needed for my door. He had the correct springs in his truck and in a very short time, had the new springs on and adjusted perfectly. He moved one of the hinges that had broken loose and adjusted my opener. His estimate was very reasonable and was exactly what he charged, at completion. I would highly recommend Garage Doors and More. I will call them again if I have garage door issues. John V.

Google5Very courteous and professional service. After getting the run around from 2 other NON PROFESSIONAL companies, Garage Doors and More came out and got the job DONE. Brian was very polite and quick with his work. My new door looks and functions great. Don’t waste your time with any of the other local companies. Will be doing business with again in the future. Thank you!

Google5Brian installed a new garage 18’ door for us. I called his business and he returned my call the same day. Brian scheduled a meeting with my wife and I. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions and gave us time to pick the door my wife chose. He even helped her find the same looking door for less money! He was on time for the installation. He even swept up everything in the garage. He put magnets on the door for my wife to OK the hardware package. Unbelievable customer service. Also his pricing is much less than the big companies. Truly a great experience. I recommend him highly.

Google5I called this company for some advice regarding my garage door which was not installed by them. The door stopped functioning after a 4 hour power outage. I left a message on Friday after Thanksgiving and Brian called me later that same afternoon. He talked me through the needed steps to get the door working again. He was polite and genuinely cared about my situation despite my not being a customer. He provided great service to a non-customer so I have to believe he treats his customers really well. Based on my limited experience, I would recommend highly Brian and his company.
