Google5Fair pricing and great service! I called them to get a garage door put in on the new house and they were very helpful in getting the custom door I wanted within a reasonable time frame. Google1Not being a garage door expert in a new home, I needed my broken garage door to close. These guys showed up within 3 hours to fix it, yet charged me $110 when he told me it was going to be $100. I will be replacing both of my garage doors in the next 2 months and asked if that $100 that I was charged (for them to find the lock to close said door...2 minutes of work) could be applied towards the purchase of (and installation of said doors) due to the fact that they merely locked the door. $110 (not $100) for literally 2 minutes... They WILL NOT BE used in the future.

Google5A man and his son came out to work on my mother in laws garage door. They were professional and gave me advice on how to make the garage door work better. Replaced the springs at my request (one had broken, henceforth the call). The garage has never worked better. They did not price gouge, and improved our situation dramatically. With so many dishonest people out there, it was refreshing to get honest work at an honest price. Thank you

Google5Needed a new garage door opener. Arrowhead was quick to respond to my needs. Discussed my options on the phone and gave me a fair quote. Came out the next day and installed the unit opener. Great customer service and the price was the exact quote given on the phone.

Google5Called due to garage door not opening. Same day appointment and diagnosis was shredded belt. Talked over option and we decided to get a new opener with chain belt this time. Great service very informative and fair. Thanks Darin!!

The diagnosis was easily explained to me and the problem was resolved quickly and at a fair price! I appreciate the quick, helpful and friendly service! Google5I called this morning because I was having to push my garage door to help it get all the way down. It's always had a gap when it "closes," but lately it was only making about 2/3 down and then it would go right back up. The fellas were out just in time for my lunch break, and got all of the springs, pulleys, and cables replaced. They also installed a lock for me, and replaced a roller that's comes loose sometimes. My garage FULLY CLOSES now, for the first time in 20 years. They did what needed to be done, and didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't need. I definitely recommend them, and will use them in the future.

Google5One of the coil springs on our garage door broke & the door came crashing down. Now what? You search out reviews & trust your gut. We did our homework & reached out to Arrowhead Garage Door. Darin Thomas & his son came by & we were rewarded with their professionalism, friendliness & timely resolution of a stressful situation. Their pricing structure beat the competition & we were back in business with absolutely no drama. I would not hesitate to recommend this business for all of your garage door needs. Yelp1I had hired him in the past to install two garage doors on two different occasions. Within a few weeks, both doors stopped working, which required follow up visits to correct the problem(s). Darin was slow to respond on each follow up repair. That sad part was, I just lived right across the street. Almost a two week wait for him to correct the problem(s). In the meantime, I'm a 50+ year old woman having to lift a heavy door up and down each time to get in and out of my house. I let it go as I did not want a confrontation or listen lame excuses. As I stated before, he was my former neighbor and I didn't need the drama. I moved to new house and ask him to reset the keyless entry. He instructed me to go online and find a YouTube video. I was a two-time repeat customer and that was the best he could do for me. My thought, there wasn't enough money in it for him to make the trip to new house. Sad. I'll never do business with him again.

Yelp5They came out with their truck and arrived earlier then they said , which was a good thing. He texted me saying it would be earlier if that was okay. I was home this morning so yes it was. Now about the garage door issues. We had purchased a new door and he installed it , with no issue in our existing tracks and with our existing opener. So that was a huge plus. Not an overly complicated task but completed on time and within what he said it would cost. Wife is pleased and so am I .

Angi5Great provided what I asked for and took future needs into consideration...called ahead told me the problem and came bac same day and replaced. I called at 6 minutes after 8 and he was here as promised before 10 diagnosed problem told me he would return later to replace after I agreed to his written estimate. Services Rendered: Replaced opener with outside keypad and extra opener
