Not good. He did not install it as agreed upon and instead of wiring it directly into the electrical outlet as I had agreed upon and even discussed on the phone, he supposedly bought an extension from Home Depot and charged me $30.00 for a $10 extension cord. When I requested his receipt for the $30 extension he got very belligerent so I paid him just to get him out of my house. He stunk with body order that I had to spray my house to get rid of his smell. I have since asked him for his receipt and as of 8/2/17 he has refused to provide one. I have since disputed this charge on my VISA card and they are in the process of handling. I will never use nor recommend this company again. They advertise in the Value Magazine so beware. He claims he has an A+ rating on Angie's List, but I was unable to find it. Services Rendered: Mike Wilson installed an automatic garage opener with an outside keypad.

This provider went above and beyond to do some creative problem solving-- in addition, I told the provider that I wanted the opener for my daughter for her birthday since she has spent months manually opening the door in all kinds of weather. The provider made the first visit on Friday, then came back on Saturday (daughters birthday was on Sunday) and designed a solution for new openers to work with old units-- he was kind and generous with his time and the solution was perfect! I would highly recommend this company and will work with them again in the future--thank you for what you did and for my daughters gift! Services Rendered: The provider solved a big dilemma for my family-- we needed remote openers; however the garage units were old but functioning.
