Google1Edit:The company responded that they didn’t have my information, we are a military family and in base housing. A guaranteed contract is no reason to treat clients the way I was treated yesterday. Wasted my entire day. Was originally told 8am-12pm. Then told they would be by between 10am-2pm. Then it changed to “it’ll be closer to 2pm”. Repair guy finally here at 3:30pm, I have wasted an entire day for this company to come out, missed an entire day of work over this. Find another company that will respect your time.

Google5There is a reason that this company has been in business for so many decades. We had Overhead Door of Blue Springs come out to do routine maintenance some time ago. Always with great courtesy, they have now done two or three follow up visits to help with a small problem. Amazing customer service. Absolutely amazing.

Google5They were amazing! Had a spring break on Friday. They offered to come out on Saturday but I wasn’t going to be home. They came out Monday and arrived on time and were completely done in an hour. Replaced both springs on a big door and for a great price. Very professional, friendly and would recommend to everyone. Hope this doesn’t happen to you but if it does this should be your only call.

Google5I have to say I was most pleasantly surprised at the expedient reply to my service call during which I was having trouble with my garage door fully raising especially with the temperature brutally freezing and incoming snow. My car was literally stuck inside. To the rescue was Overhead Door Tech Brian C. I initially thought I wouldn't be able to get service that day when I called the rep said they could get to me in a day or two. I said I sure would really appreciate if it all possible if they could get out to me that day. The rep was very courteous and said they would see what they could do for me, they said if I was open to a possible later evening appointment. I said sure! To my delight as I was coming home from work that afternoon I got a call from Brian C saying if I was available he could come check out my garage now. I was like YES! Brian was Awesome! He inspected my garage door, told me exactly what I needed and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity. As a retired Veteran. Those are Values I greatly appreciate in a world today found lacking. Thanks Again Overhead Door.

Google5Amazing company and the staff was absolutely excellent. Called before hand to let me know they were on there way. The price quote before hand was accurate but once they were there realized I needed to replace some more parts which only added about $40 so not to bad. The technician was fairly quick and helpful in explaining what needed to be fixed and even remounted the garage for me. Great company will definitely use them in the future.

Google5Technician/specialist initial visual inspection was spot on with his. thorough inspection of my door. Detailed what was causing the problem and what needed to be done. Only took a half hour to replace coils, springs, pulleys, etc. Very impressed with the service I received.

Google5I was very pleased with the service provided by the company. They were very understanding when we needed to reschedule our appointment. On appointment day, the technician arrived during the time frame. He gave me an estimate prior to working. After he had started working, there were changes that needed to made that were not included in his original estimate. Before continuing work, he asked if I was okay with the changes. He completed his work in an hour, and the garage doors worked better than ever. Our family was so happy with their service!
