Google5Thomas for the rescue of our garage door dilemma!!! Early this morning our garage door brace (that attaches to the actual door broke causing our garage NOT to work. Having 3 drivers, experiencing issues creating HAVIC is just not fun!!! I called scheduling at 7:30 am this morning and around 8:30 Thomas arrived and fixed BOTH of my garage doors by adding a sturdy METAL to reinforce attachment from the bracket to the actual garage door (allowing the motor to raise the door and securely close it, too). Makes a mama's heart happy for all drivers!!! Thank you, Thomas for your professionalism, timely manner and friendly demeanor. You saved the day!!! I appreciate you!!!

Google5Our 20-year-old garage doors needed new a new rubber seal, weatherstripping and stop molding. Brad is obviously an experienced technician, and did an expert job at repairing both doors. He explained everything very well and was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Google5I just love old fashioned honesty! That was absolutely my experience with the technician today. Instead of making an extra buck for something that turned out to be simple, the technician called me before coming over and explained how simple it could be for me to do myself. He then asked me to call him back if it didn't turn out like that. I was able to make the fix myself for free. I've used this company before but it's been a number of years and now I know why I will continue touse them in the future. Honesty means everything to me. Thank You Phillip and overhead door.

Google510/2023 I recently purchased a new storm door. The sales representative, Michael Wheat, came to give me an estimate on 9/29/23. Working with my price range. He explained everything to me. Achieving the look design I wanted. Michael made suggestions for the installation. I agreed, and it was recently completed. The installer came 10/23/23. He arrived on time completing the installation within 2 hours. The storm door added to my curb appeal. 6/17/23 Saturday First Time Customer Purchased a home it came with the company sticker logo. Called after hitting my garage. I knocked the frame out of place, the garage wouldn't close, and the sensor was off. I was able to get a quick time frame between 2:30pm and 6pm. Dale called at 1:49p.m, informing he's on the way. Arrived within 20 minutes. Thankfully, Dale quickly fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I was lucky not to need new parts. My garage door opens and closes with no problems. Thank You Dale professional and efficient. Note that the service fee is $125, not including the cost of the fix.
