Before Christmas, I had a spring break and dreaded trying to find someone who could come out and fix it for a reasonable price on a reasonable timeline. I was connected to Raynor Garage Door through my home warranty and could not be more pleased with their service. They called me right away, got me on the schedule the following day, and worked with me trying to optimize what was covered under warranty. I feel like their pricing was very fair, especially given the quality and how they stand by their work if there are any issues after the fact. Also, I would be remiss if I did not sing Will’s’ praises! He was so friendly and was happy to explain what he was doing because I was curious about the entire process of installing new springs. I will exclusively be using Raynor Garage Doors for any future need!

Very honest! When I first called, went thru all that I could fix (replace batteries, etc) to avoid unnecessary house call. When it became necessary for professional help, Shawn came out on early end of 3-hour window and made the necessary adjustments in short order. Checked my other garage door to ensure it was working properly as well! Never tried to suggest what would have been additional unnecessary repairs just to try to jack up the service charge. I highly recommend this business—even have a military discount!

Excellent experience from start to finish! The receptionist was very helpful, and Bryan Lightbourne helped me pick the best garage door openers for my needs -- and didn't try to upsell. He scheduled the installation for the very next day. The technician, William Carmichael, was right on time and took the time, not only to install the openers, but also to double check both my doors, and adjust them to ensure they last -- and he could not have been nicer. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable employees. They scheduled my service call within two days of my call. The technician that came out was knowledgeable, thoroughly inspecting all aspects of our doors , accessories and structural components and the openers themselves. The technician was also very friendly and courteous.

William was great. We learned a lot about using the opener system that was not in the manual (yes, I read the instructions) or ever shared by previous technicians. If we ever need help again will use Raynor and request William. Excellent service is so hard to get.

I had a spring break on my door and called Raynor to repair. They originally installed the door and opener. It is still under warranty. The person who took my call refused to take the part number of the spring I needed. I tried to give it to him several times. He just kept saying we have every spring on our trucks. There are only 8 or 9 different types and we stock them all. The tech arrives and says he doesn't have the spring and charges me a $115 service call to tell me he needs to order a spring. I called the office and let them know what transpired and I wish they would have taken the part number from me. The person started gas lighting me saying it wouldn't have made a difference. I said I wanted to give them the part number originally and they refused to take it. The person said the part number doesn't mean anything. He really said that. I said you installed the door and should know what you installed if you refused to take the number I tried giving you. He said that wouldn't have mattered. What a bunch of BS. Nearly a month goes by and I receive a letter in the mail saying they didn't have my phone number and to call to schedule service. I called and they arrived and charged me another service call. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has dealt with this scenario from this company. Buyer Beware!

I called to get a quote to have the broken spring on my garage door repaired. The broken spring was replaced but it needed another part which they did not have. They told me they would call me back once they locate the part on the garage door operator. A few days went by and no one called. After repeated attempts I finally got a hold of someone and they told me the part is $5 but they would charge me another $100+ for installation. This is on top of the $200+ I already paid them. Just another greedy business. I called another garage door company, which I should have went with to begin with, and they replaced the part for $50 total. I will never do business with this shady company ever again.

Not perfect, but very satisfied. When the Raynor installers put-in our 2 doors a year or so ago we had issues within a week. They quickly sent Del out to investigate and he discovered several things that should have been done differently / better by the installers. He spent several hours re-adjusting and tweaking things so the doors would operate better. He was friendly, polite, & explained what (and why) he was making the changes. No charge. The doors have been getting noisy (have had them for a year) so we called Raynor this week and asked for Del. Again.. same results. He was friendly, polite, and explained what (and why) he was making certain adjustments. He even spent time helping me understand how things worked and what I could do to keep the door operating smoothly/quietly in the future. He replaced a few parts at no charge (under warranty). He charged me for some labor (since part of the problem was due to the fact that I hadn't been maintaining/greasing the hinges as much as i should for a new door). I don't expect everyone to get everything perfect the 1st time (i.e. installers should have done a better job). I do expect a company to fix any issues/problems and not make me 'fight' to get them resolved... which is what happened here. They fixed what needed to be fixed, and Del is the best garage door tech I've ever met.

This is the second time we needed to use the services of Raynor over the last few years. We luckily have had the luck to have Del both times. He's excellent, prompt and does a great job. Both times I asked for a preliminary estimate (which many of the other repair shops tend to dance around while not provide much info). Just like last time the estimate was very competitive but again just like last time the final bill was a bit less than the estimate. I much appreciate that kind of presentation of realistic expectations of cost. Thanks again Del for the help!

My faith in service is "uplifted" when we called upon Raynor Garage Door to come fix our opener. The scheduler was very kind and accommodating, the service hours were 8-9am and my doorbell rang at exactly 8:00. He was done and gone in 30 minutes so I could get on with my day. Chuck knew right away what the problem was and got right to work. We will definitely call on them again when it's time to replace our doors and openers!

Company is a scam. My wife called, they didn't look at the key pad. Looked at motor instead using only a flashlight. Claimed the board was fried and that the whole thing needed to be replaced, even though it still worked. (lights came on, garage door opened, ect) quoted $1015.00 replacement, and had to act within 7 days or it would be more. Charged $110.00 for this "service". I called to complain twice, eventually was told I would only be charged $50.00 because they charged me for the wrong thing. The issue? a dead battery and a reset, that I did myself. I was told I would get a refund, shall see if that is true. This company saw my wife as a mark and tried to take advantage of her. Do not use this company. Services Rendered: Fix garage keypad.

Call 1. During the summer, my door came off the tracks. Raynor came out and fixed the door immediately. Service was great. Call 2. 3 months later, the door would not lift up all the way. Raynor came out and replaced the computer board in door opener. Call 3. 2 months later. The door would stop about a foot off from the floor. We waited a about week for Raynor to come out. The technician adjusted the opener but said that our opener was undersized and that we should consider getting a larger motor or replace our old wood door. I thought this was odd since we have had the opener for a couple years. Call 4. One of the springs just broke. I decided to call another company. It would seem that the springs were probably going bad and that might of been the problem at least based on my second opinion. check out this link [*** Link removed ***] It appears that Raynor has a good service record and maybe it was just bad luck for them. But it is concerning that I have to make another service call, when the problem could of been diagnosed before. Makes me wonder if my computer board was really bad. They have been reliable and quick to come out.
