Google5We started with a roofing company recommended by our issuance agent. It dragged on for 10 months and then we were referred to Trusted Roofing. James Griffin called our adjuster and immediately got everything settled and we got a whole new roof covered. They even fixed things that were not covered, like a hole in the siding that squirrels were getting in. Then James called the adjuster and got us extra money for other damages. Three miracles are the requirement for Sainthood. If you need a roofing or siding problem fixed, please, call these people. We were screwed before they showed up.

Google5I had a smooth and easy experience having my roof replaced by Trusted Roofing. Samuel and Andrew are professional and very responsive. I requested a specific shingle and manufacturer, Malarkey Vista, storm gray due to the 15yr manufacturers warranty. Samuel inspected my roof the second week in october and the next week the roof was installed. My insurance company had already inspected my roof and Samuel provided the claims adjuster the needed documents promptly. This is the first review I have given, that is how impressed I am.

Google5If you’re looking for a roofing company, then look no further! Samuel and Ryan were great to work with from start to finish. They stuck with me for over a year battling it out with State Farm. There crew was on time, quick and detail oriented. The fit and finish of the roof and gutters were excellent. I can’t thank Samuel, Ryan and the crew enough!

Google5Great communicators. If having to put on a new roof can be pleasant, this was. My consultant Mark Thomas was very helpful and answered my 1,000 questions either by phone or email. He helped me navigate the insurance process. The crew was amazingly quick and thorough. My yard and patio were cleaner when they left than when they got here. We got a better quality roof than we had because of the type shingles they used. I would recommend this company for any type of repair. They are helping locate tradesmen for two other projects we need completed.

Google5This business has been wonderful to work with. They put a new roof on the house we were selling as well as the one we purchased. They were efficient and easy to work with. And I cannot praise Samuel Rossi (our point person) enough; he worked hard to get our insurance to cover as much as possible and saw us through the whole process even going to city hall to check on codes to make sure everything was up to code. I would definitely recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat.
