Google1Think and research before you buy anything from this business. I have requested a service call and quote on new doors for several weeks. Made several calls and in-person request over a period of 6 - 8 weeks. No response.

Google5Best Customer Service! I went into Doors/Windows to inquire about glass inserts for my kitchen cabinets. I knew this would be a small order in comparison to what they were use to and had low expectations on how I would be treated based on experiences from other companies I had worked with to get quotes. Kris was at the front desk when I arrived. From initial contact, to ordering, and to getting my glass to me, he was outstanding. This was a $200 sale and he treated me like it was a $20K sale. As consumers all we ask for is communication, fair pricing, and a friendly attitude....I got all 3 at Doors/Windows and more!

Google5My garage door spring broken. Called them, they showed up with in 1hour, inspected, came back their shop get parts, showed up 2nd with in 30min. Fixed my garage door with in 40 min. Everything with in 2 hours from the time we started calling til get done.The technician was super talented, motivated, friendly... and reasonable price too. Nothing we can expect more than that. Thanks

Google510 Stars! ⭐️ absolutely best service ever. Cannot say enough nice things. Brought in a piece of glass to cut down. He cut to size and cut the chip off the smaller piece and gave it back to us. Thank you! Beautiful service.

Google2Wanted a decorative window with a grid replaced - they came and measured etc. - seemed very professional. I was confident in their attention to detail and explanation of how the glass was made, fitted, installed and then gas-filled. After about 10 days, they told me their manufacturer could not make one of the details to make it identical. I said, "no problem, leave that small piece out." After another week, I called and their manufacturer had not gotten back to them yet. After another couple of days I received a call saying their manufacturer could not make the window with any grid at all. They did not know why. They also said their manufacturer would offer to make a piece of glass with no grid that was a little bit larger and that D/W could not guarantee that it would fit. (I am still puzzled as to why I would order a piece of glass that was too big and expect it to fit ;) ) Seems like they are more or less installers and have no control over what products they can even offer and are at the mercy of a manufacturer that has no confidence in their own ability to design and construct windows. Probably fine for basic standard windows, but if you need anything custom, your time might be better spent else where .. I am still ISO of that entity.

Google2In 2019 purchased and had Doors and Windows install $20K in glass. Other than a few amateur mistakes, billing irregularities and missing parts all went Okay. So as a returning customer I was hoping for same or better experience. Contacted office to schedule an appointment - waiting 3 weeks was OK because you don't rush quality. Called to confirm day prior and was told to expect estimator sometime afternoon. Well the guy never showed. I contacted owner via FB post asking them to call me. Instead I got a rude email along with an excuse that I cancelled appointment and good luck finding another window company. Why would I call day prior to confirm, press the guy for a more predictable time range?

Google5They have replaced both lifters and most recently, were able to come out on short notice to replace both springs. I highly recommend the professionalism and quality of service they provide. A true local business that is a vital part of the community.
